Even though I had to wait inline due to COVID a staff member told me exactly where I needed to go to pick up everything i needed while i waited. Was in and out in 5 min, including getting keys cut. Thank you!

We are doing everything in our power to keep our family or friends and our community safe. We stood in the line out front of the store. And were greated by the most amazing staff. My day was ruined when the manager was asked for assistance from a very happy very helpful staff member. If you don't want to be there or tell me I shouldn't be there please don't take it out on the people that have to be there and I'm sure are just as upset as you ....

One of the rare business that truly cares about their customers these days. Everyone can make mistakes, business included... but only the best places that truly care will be humble and professional to own up to their mistakes and take initiative ensuring their customer's satisfaction and remedial of the situation. Because of how they handled the situation, I will be their customer for the foreseeable future and go out of my way to encourage this place. Sarah, the store manager was particularly professional and helpful. But everyone, from the reception desk, to the lumber manager to the driver who delivered new lumber to my home behaved in a very professional and respectful way to fix the situation. I wish more business were this caring and professional and valued their customers the way H.H in Hinton does. I have nothing bad to say, yes there was a hiccup, but their response after finding out was beyond my best expectations and they won me back within 24h. They didn't make any money off me that day, actually they «lost» some money righting their wrongs. But they also won my business for years to come, because they showed how sincere they are and how much they care for every single customer. Don't hesitate to do business with H.H Hinton, they are reasonable people, they care for your business and will guarantee your satisfaction. I wish you success, places like these totally deserve it.
