We are so grateful for this place and for Keith's generous and quick service today. We had a piece from the underside of the car that had loosened and was scraping the road during the last hour of our road trip. I called CSN Cascade after being informed we would have to wait elsewhere, and Keith said we could bring it in right away. After a 5-minute fix at no charge, we were on our way. Cascade took my father-in-law's car in after his car accident. They provided a fair estimate of the repairs, and worked closely with him and his insurance company. When my father-in-law was unexpectedly hospitalized due to an unrelated event, they helped to clean out his car before the insurance company took possession of it, since he could not attend to it in person. They absolutely went above and beyond, both at that time, and since then in all our dealings. You rarely see customer service like this - I strongly recommend them!

Had a small incident and called them to do body repairs staff was friendly and informative. Gave me a rental vehicle while mine was down , my vehicle came back all fixed cleaned inside and out with the new running boards install, an extra I requested when I dropped it off. All in all a great place.

I phoned Cascade as I am 1.5 hours out of town to see if they could look at my SUV door because it wouldn't open. Right away they told me to take my time and when I arrived that someone would take a look. I arrived in the morning and this really nice guy came to examine my vehicle. It took him minutes to assess the damage and he disappeared to get some little tool. He leaned over and popped out the door panel fixing the problem. Wow! Great service, accommodating, friendly and efficient! This is why I keep returning. Thanks to the Cascade crew!

By far the best autobody shop I have ever been to. I got side swiped by a semi on the way up to Hinton. These guys worked long hours even after closed to get the truck done for me. The truck looks brand new and they did even a better job on my 3m then the dealership did. Detailed the full interior as well and they were extremely friendly. Great Experiance and if you're anywhere close to Hinton I highly recommend!

Nice clean safe place. Staff was helpful and friendly. The end product wasn't what I expected. My headlight lenses were pretty spotted and needed a good cleaning. I was referred from another local business. When I called Cascade I was informed that past customers were happy with the results. I was not. The lenses were streaked and not cleaned. Oh well. As for future business at Cascade I hope that this was a one off. Maybe the Christmas rush.
