Great
Lots of options as far as pottery goes, and lots of paint colour options! My sibling and I took our mom for Mother's Day and it was a big hit. Helpful staff and a relaxing atmosphere, although they play the radio the whole time, which is a bit irritating. Very nice on the phone, held our piece longer than usual upon request since we couldn't pick it up within the allotted time. Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion.
A nice experience for my first time there but I won't be going back. The place is too small and not very clean.
This is one of my favourite place to kill time on whyte Ave. Had lots of fun.
Great space to meditate and spend time
Friendly service, great selection, fantastic prices! We stopped at a similar place in Ellerslie but were scared away by the prices. We came here instead and were amazed! I highly recommend spending some time in this bright, inviting shop. You won't regret it!
Love this place!
They have so many items to chose from. Prices are reasonable. Chloe was very helpful amd super friendly! Can't wait for it to be all painted and kilmed.
Weekend charge a premium. Recommend going a weekday.
Lots of choices and colors, they're very up front about their pricing which is appreciated. Other patrons didn't wear masks while at their trables painting, vwhich made me uncomfortable - we had to share a table with a group that had removed their masks.
First time painting ceramics for me. Staff very friendly, very helpful, and extremely patient with all of my newbie questions. The place can get busy on weekends, so arrive early - or better yet, make a reservation. Note that it's cash only. You'll likely be looking at spending 40-50$, maybe less, maybe more - depending on the piece you'd like to paint. Note that your piece takes about a week to 've ready for pick up after you've painted it.
It's a fun night out but a little pricey and they don't really help you. I've never painted before and they don't even demonstrate so you know what to do.
Fun!
(Translated) I really like the items in the store, I wish the prices were more audible (Original) Me gustan mucho los artículos de la tienda, ojalá los precios fueran más acsesibles
So much fun! My children, husband, my father and I went. Such a great place!! Book a spot on the weekend (it can get busy). Also if you can get the Groupon coupon for this place it makes it more affordable.
Fun activity with a friend. I find that the pieces are quite pricey. Hit or miss with the friendliness of the staff. Cash only.
Great place; lots of restful bonding; make something memorable. Check the hours by phone: don't go by this Google review, the website, the door notice, or the phone message - call, check, & confirm in person!
Was a fun date!
it is patetic
Lots of options for pottery, paint and a fun creative atmosphere!
This was my first time but it was good creative fun!
We had a bachelorette party here in July and had a blast! The staff were super friendly and were very helpful during the booking and at the time of our event. There were 2 other bridal parties in there and there was enough space for all of us. The selection was great, including colors and they were very informative. They even told us about the groupon they have! We are actually planning to come back :)
Amazing selection of paints and projects.. fun ladies nites.. lovelovelove this spot!!!
The two ladies who were there were pretty friendly but only one was really helpful, the other one stayed at the register the entire time. They have decent-ish selection and I personally feel it's a bit pricey for some of their smaller pieces but not not outrageous. Great selection of paints, stencils, and other tools. Easy to access location right on whyte ave. Overall it was an enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours. Would go again.
Painting ceramics was super fun, but beware: it costs more than you might think, and it's hard to tell what the final product will look like!
Products and service are well above the bar. One of the few places left that will go above and beyond customers needs.
A great place to get your creativity on!
I bought this as a Groupon with my friends. It was a nice night. We were able to pick out a nice piece that was included in the coupon price. It was super busy, so I'd recommend reservations. The staff was very helpful and nice. I picked up our pieces and they look fantastic! We definitely will be back for another paint night.
Awesome place!. Highly recommend!!!
Very expensive for what it is. Great time though
The staff are nice and knowledgable and it has a nice, relaxing atmosphere to get your crafting on.
Fun get out for the family
Helpful staff, good deals, and plenty of ceramics to choose from!
Great place to relax and unwind. To let your inner artist fly.
Lots of fun, and not too pricey! Would go again!
Treated rudely by staff when I attempted to pick up daughters coffee mug Inventory control is a disaster.
Cute place for a date. Might be a little crowded when it's busy and it's kind of a cramped space. They give you a run down of the procedure as well but doesn't feel like the workers care about you - has a "do whatever you want" attitude. Overall pretty good place.
Turns out you can't eat the color soup
We went here a few months ago for our anniversary and had a blast painting. It was so much fun and a great activity with a super pretty keepsake to display at home! The staff are very helpful as well :)
A little pricy, but great place with lots of variety of items to paint. Great service.
Brushes are destroyed but it is quite fun
Fun place but not safe during covid. All paints and brushes shared by everyone and not sanitized after use. Too many people impossible to socially distance. Even the tables and chairs aren't sanitized after people leave. Would be nice to have a cooler with drinks to buy. Very thirsty after 3 hours of painting. Or music playing.
I have no artistic ability at all. My hubby has a little ability. Our 3 girls gave me a gift card for my birthday so I could paint something. My hubby and I headed out to give this a try. On the ride there I mentioned that I always wanted a pitcher and basin. When we got there and saw 1 set, we decided to give it a go. The staff was extremely helpful and it turned out great. I might even go back.
Always a fun experience. We come with water and prepare for several hours of high intensity painting!
This was one if the most fun things I've done with my teens! We spent 3+ hours painting and visiting. The staff was really friendly and helpful too.
They don't take VISA. Would have spent more if they did. However, it was a fun time!
Always love painting pieces here and even did our daughters 9th birthday here
Super fun. Go early so you have time to finish your masterpiece. Although you can definitely go back which is really nice! I can't wait to see how my super cute frog mug turns out.
Lovely staff. Fun date night!
A lot of fun and the staff were excellent. It was also a really good value considering everything that was included.
This place was expensive. The selection was very disappointing. So much so that I didn’t purchase anything, but rather watched my girlfriend paint. There was no instruction whatsoever. We felt like we were a bother and an intrusion to the one staff member working. Will not be back.
Had a great date night here ????????
The receptist's attitude was terrible. No clear instruction, doesn't care. No manner. Oh by the way, she is a blond white girl with glasses and a pony tail.
Great staff, great service, great prices, and excellent selection!
So much fun. Lots of ceramics to choose from and a friendly environment.
Pots and mugs came out super nice. The older lady is quite nice! Overall a good experience.
Excellent staff and a wide selection of things to choose from. Heard the complaint about no Debit/credit but being a small business those fees are insane. There's a bank machine across the street. Ive been to this amazingly relaxing place 100 over the years and I'll keep going back. LOVE painting gnomes.
Excellent service, engaging staff and lots of painting products to choose from. Very creative to help you still enjoy this craft in your own safe space ????????
Crankpots is an interesting concept that provides a unique but low-key, inexpensive date idea. Two important things to know: If you want to create something elaborate the staff aren't necessarily artists who will coach you through your idea, and the requirement of painting three coats for good results in the kiln means you should dedicate a few hours because you will most likely take longer than you'd assume.
I have been going to crankpots for years and have always had a good experience until recently. It seems the quality of the product or the care taken with the product has gone downhill. The piece I painted most recently was already chipped when picked up, parts of it were unglazed, and the painted parts are fading/washing off with minimal use and hand washing. I don't mind paying $30+ for a fun outing and a good quality keepsake, but it seems pretty steep when the ceramics that took hours to paint are falling apart within a few weeks.
A fun activity for almost all ages
Very disappointed with the finished work! Bubbles in the finished glaze! They was another project I do not have a photo but it was even worse than this one!
We had so much fun! We each picked about a $20 piece but did not realize how long it took to paint them! My sister in law had to come back for a second trip! However they were very accommodating for us! We lived out of town and they put a rush on our pieces!
We came here as a group of 5. The place was fairly busy and had only 1 girl working. She was doing her best but it took quite a while to get a piece, pay and get a painting tutorial. Quite a few of the colours were missing or were dry. If not for the very good deal on the groupon we took advantage of, I would have been very disappointed.
It was ok, but it wasn't what I expected. I've painted before at a different place so I expected something similar. It was crowded with lots of children so it wasn't great for adult painters. We booked a reservation but were placed with a table full of young children. Luckily there was an alternate spot. The brushes aren't the greatest so I would suggest bringing your own for details. However, it was ok - I enjoyed the variety of pieces to choose from and the paint selection.
Very nice place to go paint, relax, and spend time with friends. Staff are super kind and friendly, very accommodating, and will help you as much as they can. Quality pieces and great experience!
Very nice place, lots of fun!!
This place is awesome! Our oldest shared a couple Bday Party's here with her friends growing up. Tons of choices, tons of fun, friendly staff ( Go Alexis! ) go and make a memory or two!
The selections were pricy versus what I had seen at other paint-your-own places. Also, the lady working there wasn't overly friendly, bordering on rude. Convenient location, but will go elsewhere next time!
A large selection and friendly staff makes this a enjoyable place
I love spending a few day at this place! Lots of space and options and very nice staff
Looking to burn a hour and paint some clay items this place rules!!
Super fun and cool! This place really let's your creativity shine! So many things to choose from to paint. Also tonnes of paints too! Very cheap and inexpensive when I went. ???????? **cash only! Rates may vary so check out the website or call the location to check for prices!** Will update with a photo once my clay sculpture is finished cooking! 10/10 will do again.
Do not patronize this establishment if you live in and love Edmonton. I know the owner Brian. He hates Edmonton and the people that live here. Calls the city a dump and the people losers on social media. Why would you go here when there are other more Edmonton loving options. It is a matter of principle
My kids painted a couple of items and then we forgot about them. Months later we remembered and they still had them for us! Excellent!
This is a great place to paint ceramics, although nights and weekends can get pretty busy, so make sure to book a table ahead of time! Cash only.
Quality service and great selection
Great place to take a date. Ceramics were priced a little high, and the selection was a little boring, but I had a great time here.
I've always had a really good time here. They have a large variety of items to choose from and friendly staff to help you. It can get a bit busy but it's nice that you can make reservations if you have a large group. The only issue I've ever had was that an item of mine got bubbled and chipped when I got it back. But the staff there was super apologetic and helpful.
Painting ceramics here is fun and easy. The staff is quick to help when you ask questions and the selection of pieces seems to rotate pretty well
Cash only, but no notice on their website that this is the case. Drove there with kids, paid for parking, and then found out and had to cancel the outing since I didn't have enough on hand. No reason this couldn't be mentioned on the pricing page so customers could plan for it.
So fun d rewarding! I love picking up my items a week later ~ so exciting to see the result of my hard but fun work! ;)
The staff are so helpful and it was such a fun and cheap way to get out with friends
Update June 23: I picked up our projects this evening. The mugs were fine. My bowl was broken in half when I opened it as soon as I got home. It was a clean cut down the middle. I was very careful when handling the box. I called them right away and told them about my bowl. The lady told me she could only give me a credit for the actual cost of the bowl (no refund for the paint or the cost to heat it up). I told her I didn't want to come back so a refund would be better (especially since it was not my fault the bowl was broken). She said they only gave out credit. My recommendation: Check your pieces before taking them home. I will not come back, even with a credit. I am not a very artistic person and personally do not really enjoy painting much. I went here on date night with a few people and the staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. They have a wide range of selection for ceramics. I was shocked by the pricing though.. It cost us over $115 to paint four mugs. Yikes.
Lots of neat trinkets or useful bowls, mugs etc. to glaze, and good range of colours and special effects. Expect to spend 30-50$ for the best choices though. We booked a Saturday night party with self-catering, for a very chill, fun time.
Had lots of fun picking out my pixie house to paint...the staff was great - helped me a lot...would definitely go back to do some more!! Ladies night was fun!
It was good times here! I went with a bunch of family and friends. It definitely wasn't cheap, but that depends on what you choose to glaze and what glaze you choose. We choose a wine glass, a pot, and a little race car. I also used the expensive glaze ($3 more). That glaze is cool though, it has crystals that burst and change the colour. Definitely worth a visit!
Perfect place to go with the girls or on a date or even with your kids. Take a couple hours to relax and create something beautiful!
Had such fun painting my mug! I went on Monday when they have a deal that the 10$ studio fee is waived. I only gave 4 stars cause of the price. Definetly a pricy pkace but if you look into the deals you can make it worth your while.
My daughters and I had a wonderful time painting our Xmas tree's. We can't wait to see the final products. We are going to make a point of going there again soon.
Love coming here. Great way to spend the afternoon with a friend. They usually have a Groupon available which is so great!
Service is friendly. They acknowledge and always explain how things work to paint
Fun place to take kids.
What a wonderful experience. The girls and I felt very welcomed and there were tons of options. We will be back for sure.
Went here for a bridal shower. I didn't think I was going to like the experience but I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not overly creative and thought I would have been stressed at the idea of having to paint something in a restrictive time frame. I got really into it after I Pinterested some ideas and three hours flew by. I use my giant tea cup almost daily now!
SO MUCH FUN!
Awesome experience..will try again forsure..had so much fun..staff was too co-operative gave us helpful tips...we had girls fun party and we made various different items which we loved making it..
The first time I visited last year no issues and my pieces turned out great, but unfortunately this last visit I am not sure if I will go again. I went with a group of 3 people, all painted different pieces. We were told it would take a week for the glazing etc which is fine. I went yesterday to grab the 3 pieces (one week later) and only 2 were done. The girl stated something happened it would be done by tonight- totally fine I get it. Now one of the 2 pieces had chips in it but whatever. I call today to inquire about my piece that was suppose to be finished last night, and the girl stated “oh something went wrong it won’t be done for a couple more days, but we will call you when it’s done this time”. My question is, what could have went wrong with a simple bowl that didn’t allow it to be done at the same time as 2 other pieces in the same group that were cupcake jars? We told them we would pick them up all together, therefore they should be ready all together! Wasting my time driving down there and making phone calls and it’s still not ready. For the additional cost you pay to glaze etc on top of the price of the piece, I would expect it to be done when they say it will be. Kinda scared that they broke it and are pulling me around until they fix it. Really not impressed with the professionalism or organization of this site.
Great prices when on specials. My products may not look like much, but i still use them
Evening staff could be more friendly, but otherwise a great experience.
Great time with an 8yr. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Redeemed a groupon with no issues. Will go again!!
Parking is very difficult and pottery is pricey. Fun activity, but just make sure you call to pick up your ceramic a week or two later.
Always love crank pots !
They fired my unfinished piece by mistake while I just have 2 choices 1: twenty dollars credit 2: start from the begining . After agued with the boss I ‘be got the third solution : one new piece ,five little bottles of color in sample size ,I am bringing them home and start from the beginning with my fingers, yes they refused to borrow me the brushes. And tell me to refill the paint in store when the paint are not enough, under -25 degree, by bus. Amazing customer service with poker face I have never seen in Canada. Anybody who still want to come, hope you are good luck.
Have gone here randomly for years. I love going every time. It's always a pleasant experience.
Great place to relax
I used to.love this place but I just went to pick up my prices, not only could they not find them they didn't even offer an apology and seemed agitated about it and when she made a joke that I could look through her 300 box's I printed out that was rude and she jumped down my throat. After 30 mins she couldn't find my stuff and I said she would keep looking I printed out that I was more upset that she didn't even apologize. She told me I didn't sdesrve one I got upset right away (I actually didn't till we had been interesting for atleast 5 mins). She then pointed out it didn't matter since one price was free (from a coupling book). She was the owner and made it obvious to me she didn't care about costumer service. Would never go there again or recomnded it to anyone
We booked very far in advance and they called us to move us the day before because they had a more profitable reservation request. We ended up being squished at the counters. The woman working was rude and couldn't handle any questions from any customers.
Great experience. Good selection of pottery and knowledgable staff. Plenty of tools and materials available to turn your creation into what you envision. I was told to do multiple coats of paint and I thought I had until it came out of the kiln... I recommend being systematic in your painting to make sure you get the colour/coverage you want! Also, give yourself lots of time. I thought two hours would be plenty for a small vase, but apparently not. I can't imagine how long a plate or platter would take.
Nice stuff. Will be back
Fun place to learn how to paint on ceramics. Too bad it was cash only
Second time I have been to this place. First time I sent I spent over $100 in ceramic pieces for my daughter and I. They didnt call us but simply discarded the pieces after 30 days. My daughter was in surgery so we couldnt go back. Second time I went with my daughter I had to come back to finish my piece it was piled in an over stuffed cupboard and chipped. The cashier didnt help me find my piece when I asked for her help. When I was leaving I had to come back again she said to put it in the same cupboard. I told her no thanks its to full. If I go back here again ill bring my own brushes as the ones here are very used.
My sister and I had bought a couple of Groupons for Crankpots and boy oh boy did we ever have fun! Time flies by when you are focused on your creation. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. The shop is tidy, there is plenty of projects to choose from and Shelley (Shop Owner) is fantastic! We don't even mind that it's a CASH ONLY establishment. We have continued to visit since the early summer 2014 and are now regulars at her Ladies Nights that are hosted once a month. It's a great place to bring your friends or to go by yourself and make new friends. Cheers!
Such a great experience and fun activity in Edmonton! I have been multiple times now. I took my nieces here and we’ve decorated mugs, bowls and more and we love the finished products. There is so much selection of ceramics to paint, great color choices and very friendly customer service!
Always a fun time here, let your creativity flow!
Not welcoming at all. Blond haired girl has absolutely no customer service skills and rude definitely makes your paid visit an unpleasant one!
Went to Crankpots and the woman behind the counter was talking so fast I had to get her to repeat herself a few times. She seemed annoyed that I wasn't understanding. My friend arrived a bit late because she takes DATS and the woman working at the store seemed to give us attitude for the rest of the night. At 8:45 she told us we needed to leave. I asked if we could wait inside for the DATS bus; it was arriving soon. The woman told us we would have to leave. The sign on the door says 9pm, so why did she kick us out at 8:45? She was rude and the pottery is expensive compared to Clay and Cupcakes. We will not be coming here again!
Chill date idea. Quiet place to spend a Saturday afternoon. Lots of ceramic selection. Lots of glaze colour selection. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Just the sort of dope small business you would expect down Whyte Ave. Would hate to see this place go under like so many others. However, they only take cash. This choice is incongruent with their business model; some of the ceramics are too expensive to expect cash. I would strongly encourage them to invest in a POS system to take card payment (even if it's PayPal or Square or something). You can't be a legit business these days and only take cash and expect to thrive. I know these systems are expensive upfront, but the lost opportunity cost is probably more; some surveys suggest cash-only businesses lose out on up to 48% of their customers. I would not be surprised to see a customer choosing a less expensive piece to paint than they otherwise would have simply because they only had $40 in their pocket at the time.
Fun!!!
Always fun.
A fun ac in a great atmosphere. Very helpful staff.
The Groupon deal was a steal of a deal and while I was amused painting my ceramic, Ace is not impressed #totallyworthit
Always love going here with my friends! Perfect low stress activity while catching up with great company.
Great selection of pieces to work on. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were a group of 5 girls celebrating a birthday. We had a great time. It did get quite busy around 2pm, but it did not take away from the fun!
It was very good place
Decent prices and a nice veritie of pieces to paint. If you don't enjoy painting or simpler crafts at all it might not be for you but I still say give it a try. Groupon's are available sometimes.
Fun and relaxing. Friendly and knowledgable staff, cute studio.
I love coming here! The employees are so sweet and helpful. Their selection of pottery is amazing, I literally spend 20 minutes deciding what to paint everytime. You never feel rushed and if you need help the staff is always nearby to guide …
Great place to go to paint ceramic items. Plenty of choices!
Love this place and the friendly and helpful staff. I'm a repeat customer.
My husband and I came here yesterday and had a great time, the girls were very helpful with everything and Alexis did a great explanation on how to do everything considering it was our first time here, I’m excited to go back in a week to see our finished products!! We will definitely be back again!!!
They only take cash, and you have to leave it there for a bit after you paint so they can glaze and bake it. Lots of deals for students and they have discounts during certain times. Lovely and calm atmosphere inside; I could spend all day in there.
Cozy and clean paint-your-own-pottery studio downtown. Lots of paint choices and pottery pieces to choose from. Studio sitting fee and kiln firing fee is extra. Great place for small groups to get together. Make reservations as it can get busy. NOTE: Cash only!
Had a wonderful time here spending the afternoon with my friend. You will definitely need more time than an hour to really enjoy the painting process. I would definitely recommend calling and booking with them to ensure there is a spot available. Employees are so kind and helpful as well.
This was fun! My toucan looked great after it was finished.
Decent selection of ceramics and paints, although nothing too crazy. Smelled pretty bad inside as well, but only in certain areas.
My daughter absolutely loved coming here. The staff could have been a little more helpful. We were immediately told to wash our hands but had no clue where.
Been going for years for daddy daughter time but prolly the most expensive time ever and hey were short on space and glaze
What a great place to zen out and paint something cool.
One of my favorite places to go with my mom to hang out and catch up. You can create fun projects, presents and memories. I've had birthdays there as a kid and still enjoy it as an adult. They have an array of items to paint ranging from beginner to more complicated pieces, functional or decorative.
We went here using a Groupon and enjoyed the experience! Give yourself plenty of time to pick out your ceramic as the selection is impressive and include more than the traditional teapot, mugs, flower pots, etc. I had been anticipating. The staff are very good at giving clear, easy to understand instructions and were more than happy to answer our questions and give advice.
Wonderful place to spend time with your friends and family
This is such a fun thing to do. Get some friends, your spouse or your kids. The staff were nice and explained everything. I'll admit I was thrown off by the cost of each item at first BUT it ended up being worth it. I recommend checking out their website as some nights are cheaper than others and they have some deals. I never felt rushed and I liked the overall process of it. I picked up my item today and its cute! I recommend this place and will be going again! They ONLY take cash!!!! So make sure you get some before going! Also parking can be kind of hard to find but after 6pm its free.
Great staff!!! So much fun
Fun place to go to for a bit of a distraction from day to day life, with good variety of ceramic items to paint.
Hugely inconvenient that they do not take debit or credit card - EVER! Claim is that it keeps the costs low, but if small shops can offer their customers the convenience of debit/credit, then I would expect a larger shop like Crankpots to also accommodate their customers a bit better.
Great place to paint. A little busy but they fit you in
So much fun!
A fun little spot for an evening out with friends!
A lovely local Edmonton company. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. Crankpots ceramic art studio allows you to take your desired craft and paint out of the store, so you can have your own painting party in the comforts of your own home. Which, if you have young children and want a home birthday party this is convenient, easy, and reasonably priced.
The service was great the atmosphere is always inviting. Prices are fair for the pieces except they add extra charges onto your piece for the sitting fee or the kilne. Would be better if they could add it all in.
Its alright
**CRANKPOTS IS CASH ONLY** Very knowledgeable presentation of how to complete any or your painting projects. Great place for a date if you don't mind a busy environment around you and talking over others around you. It's quite relaxing once you get far enough into your paint job. Plus the staff continued to be helpful the whole time we were there. The long wait time for them to finish your projects is a slight inconvenience and I wonder if there is any way they could speed the process up. Overall we had a great experience.
Oh what fun Didn't want it to end. Now for the tea pot and mugs!! Can't wait till next time
This place is loads of fun, I'm just knocking off a star because of the cost of items. Highly recommend getting a Groupon or similar to save some money. Important to note that they only accept cash for payment!
Love crankpots! My new addiction. Huge selection fair prices, amazing customer service. They show you how the paints work and go above and beyond to make sure your set for your artwork.
Cash only so come prepared. Prices are a bit high for the options. Otherwise it was a good experience and the owner and staff are friendly and helpful.
Great fun for the whole family
This place is a hidden treasure for all crafty people!!!
Fun place to spend a few hours. Lots to choose from, and friendly and helpful staff. Just remember it is cash only! Great for dates, spend time with friends, or even team building.
Great place to paint pottery. Big selection of pre fired work. Good for adults and kids! Give it a whirl, you have nothing to lose! cash only. Not licensed except by agreement. Bring own food/snacks
Fun way to spend an afternoon. Lots of items to choose from. They have stencils and stamps available for those less creative. The staff is helpful.
I went for a ladies night and it was super fun! They have a great selection of pieces to paint and it was such a fun atmosphere! I'd definitely be happy to go to one again
Staff are very helpful and I enjoyed painting a ceramic snowman
Paint brushes were cheap and hard to paint with. The pottery choices were old lady ish. Cheap though.
The staff is always nice and I love the selection of items they have!!
Loved it. Excellent date night idea!
Great time, nice staff, can't wait to see my pieces after they're fired!
Friendly and helpful staff, wide selection of pottery to paint on. Warm and creative atmosphere. I've been twice already 10/10, would crank a third time
Great fun for adults and children ????
My first time ever there a friend of mine took me and I had a blast. Made an owl piggy bank came out awesome. This is a cash only place and yes they do give you a receipt for your purchase
I had a great time when I was at Crankpots. Don't make any plans afterwards because you'll end up spending the entire day there. From selecting your ceramic piece, to picking your paint colours, then starting to paint and waiting for it to dry between coats...I ended up spending 4 hours in there once. Andrea was very helpful and patient with picking the colours and explaining painting techniques. I highly recommend it for everyone of all ages. It is cash only, to keep their operating costs low.
Fun place for some self care, a friends night, or a date night! Reasonable prices, lots of great options, and great staff.
Danielle is wonderful! She makes the whole experience at crankpots even more amazing. Crankpots has a wide variety of ceramics to choose from. Lots of colors and designs available. Great for get togethers with friends. Make sure to make a reservation especially on weekends because it gets busy.
Had an awesome time painting with my family, prices are good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The website is easy to use and they are great helping you to book a craft night.
Always a fun experience. The ladies who run the place are very nice and helpful!
