The crew handled many wood repair areas, and then painted the home which looks fantastic. CertaPro handled our interior and exterior painting. In fact, they wrapped up their work today. Mike Hilton came out to do the initial estimate. He was on time, friendly, and very thorough. Just a short time later, Julian Morales and his crew started on our exterior painting before moving inside to do our interior painting. The crew was on time, polite, and exceptionally good at their work. Julian started each day by telling us what the team would be doing that day. He kept me informed if he encountered any issue. He ended the day by reviewing what had been completed that day and what would be coming up the next day. The team not only had exceptional painting skills, they also routinely and regularly cleaned up the workspace. Each day, things were left in a good state. I highly recommend Julian and his team. We have been doing a series of things to freshen up our home. I wish every person we had dealt with had Julian’s communication and project management skills. Thanks so much to everyone at CertaPro. I am an extremely detail oriented person and would like to say that Certa Pro did an awesome job at my house. They were not the cheapest, but their attention to the prep work was incredible. They found so much rotted wood and made all the repairs before painting. They painted the entire outside of my home. I have been in various areas of real estate all of my life, from multiple rental properties to flipping houses. I deal with a lot of contractors, and this was definitely one of my best experiences. Everything was in writing and agreed upon. They accidentally broke a small window and they were up front about it and told me they would fix it. I have found there are a lot of contractors who can do an acceptable job, but you find out their true value when there’s a problem. I would definitely recommend Certa Pro and will be using them to paint the inside of my house!

For someone who doesn't usually do reviews, I have to in this case. CertaPro Painters was the perfect fit for my needs. I needed quite a bit of fix-up work done prior to the actual painting, and they took care of everything with such craftsmanship!!! I was very impressed. Then the paint job itself was perfect!! I think one of the things I liked the most was the detailed quote. Pointing out (with pictures), the different things that needed repairing. Most contractors I talked to, just said "and repairs", without specifying. They were very prompt, and cleaned up each day. This is a great company, and I highly recommend them!!! Michael Patrick

The crew that did our outdoor and indoor painting was courteous, accommodating, responsive to my "pickiness", and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day during the process. Though the price may be higher than some other quotes, you definitely get what you pay for and I highly recommend this company. I will be having them back for sure when I need more painting done in the near future.

If you look at the pictures you can see before and after. thank god for randy and CertaPro team..... their work ethic is unapproachable,left my house cleaner than what they found it and their efficiency and professionalism is beyond question. we could leave our home and not worry about them leaving us high and dry..... they finished quicker than what he had thought and stayed in budget. Randy & his team were excellent! We were having problems with mold/mildew on the house and suspected the previous owners used the wrong paint. Randy sent his team out to do a test run with a different type of paint and waited four months to make sure it did the trick! It worked and they subsequently painted the house in a quick & timely fashion. I highly recommend Randy & his team:)

The painters did a good job overall other than missing an area between my garage doors when the doors are opening. I've reached out to the sale rep Ray and the owner Randy to schedule the painters to come back out but their response haven't been great. We've scheduled it twice and know one has shown up on the scheduled days. I feel like like they've already received full payment the return trip isnt a priority for them.

I had a first class experience with this team out of Alpharetta all the way from day 1, to the day of project start, to last day of finish yesterday. In the beginning once we committed to Certapro, we were on the schedule for about 4 weeks out. Our dilemma was that we had birds nesting with babies that refused to leave until early July. They were patient with me with the nesting issue, and, even offered to consult with my nagging indecission of home color selection (this dragged on as I had a tough time deciding). Ray was my sales consultant and maintained communication through out. His team was polite, neat and tidy on site. The outcome is stellar. Just amazing is the outcome. So grateful we chose to go with Certapro. I highly recommend their services. If you care about customer service, on-point communication and just kind people in general, look no further.

I was very pleased with the end result of the 3 rooms we had CertaPro paint for us. They were very reasonably priced, the painters were on time, and the project was finished in the estimated time frame & at the estimated price. The owner (Randy) is super friendly, as well as the project manager who dropped in halfway through the day to check on the status. I have a child with allergies, and they were happy to use new plastic off a roll instead of drop-cloths that have been used in other homes. They were also respectful of our wishes to either remove their shoes while inside or wear booties over their shoes. My only critiques wold be that (1) I've found a few spots (mostly on our tray ceiling where it looks like only one coat was applied, instead of two) where our previous paint color is showing through & a couple of spots that were completely missed by the roller...hence the reason I think only 1 coat was applied there; and (2) pretty much every time one of the painters entered or left the house, they left the door open, which let flies in the house, but (as someone with toddlers in the house) could also pose a safety risk if one of them were to have wandered out when I wasn't looking. Fortunately we have an open floorplan so I could see each time it was left open, I went over & closed it...but it's definitely something to be mindful of in other homes going forward. All in all, though, we had an awesome experience with the company & crew, and will definitely be using again for future painting needs. Thank you!

They worked hard every day to get the job done. They patched up several holes in my walls. They were precise in their work and did not carelessly spill drops of paint. They took care of my personal belongings while moving furniture. They were courteous and professional and I trusted them in my home. Randy called every day to check in and I appreciated that follow up. They accept credit card and payment is not due until the job is complete and you are completely satisfied. No deposit is required. Their prices are fair for the quality work that they provide. CertaPro Painters is an honest company that puts the customer's needs first. You will be very satisfied with the result. I know I am! The two guys they sent were super friendly and efficient. They were very careful moving stuff and replacing it when they were done. They were very detailed and probably more picky about the work than I was! They also reattached a 2nd floor shutter, that I really didn't want to do, without a single comment or complaint.
