Bought $1500 of paint and had no sales on at the time. Refused to offer any discount. I know its a business. But come on...you buy local and this is what you get super expensive paint and no incentive to try and get local customers to return. At least big box stores have sales and offer discounts

I went in looking for help choosing a primer for my oak cabinets. I was advised to purchase a gallon of STIX at the price point of $73.00 (smaller cans weren’t available). After painting one side of one cupboard, I saw the tannins bleeding through. An oil-based primer (which I inquired about) for adhesion and stain blocking should have been recommended instead. I tried to return the almost full but used product for store credit but was denied. The most I was offered was a 15% discount on primer.
