Not really happy with them this time, we had our Samsung Tab reformatted at there request or suggestion,we said ok I mean it was under warranty and we also have a 2 year extended warranty as well.One week later I got a call good news it's ready bad news it is going to cost us $100.00 dollars. More bad news the problem wasn't solved it still has the same problem which is it sometimes it won't advance or return when you tap it with the soft of the finger tip,sometimes I have to tap it 4 or 5 times....whatever
Terrible, terrible customer service. Nobody answers phone calls, and when you take time out to go there, the manager tells you they dont have what you're looking for and go order online. No offer to get it for you or show similar products. Terrible! Then I went there in person and a young guy was so patient and helpful. Absolutely loved the customer service. So I think it is a hit and a miss, so for this reason, I am giving a 2.

Went to print a pdf and the printer can't read the latest Adobe PDF. The only staff who said she would help walked away from the counter and started to walk around the store and organize shopping carts?? Left me waiting for 15 min. Finally I had enough and asked for help from a cashier. That guy tried to help but he knew very little. In the end I was suggested to use the 30 cents per min computer to manually view and print. Left and won't come back.
Very good selection for home, office or school. I take my kids there every year for school supplies. They are able to find everything they need for a good price. Store is well kept and organized, which makes finding things easy. My only issue is the customer service. Don't get me wrong they are very helpful and give service with a smile. But they seem to only approach you when your around high ticket items. If your just in the regular office supplies you basically have to hunt someone down for assistance. To me a customer should be given the same service wether they are spending a thousand dollars or twenty dollars.

I ordered a laptop online for pickup in the store. Despite receiving no notification, my order was cancelled due to the store having no stock. When I tried to pick it up the general manager told me that he doesn't make any money off online purchases, so I should just leave. He didn't even offer an alternative to my purchase. I will be shopping at Best Buy from now on.
Bought a VR device from here. Doesn’t work well, the package didn’t have a manual. It has a remote controller but not compatible with the device itself. Thought it would be a good product as bought from a renowned place, but was disappointing. Upon checking the same online, it turned out to be a third grade manufacturing which was 4 times cheaper than the Staples price tag. It’s sheer cheating

Ive been trying to call for the last hour every few minutes and not a single answer or evwn an option to leave a message! Its been a few days now since ive bought the laptop and had them set it up and i was told it would be done yesterday, but havent gotten a call from them and cannot reach anyone by phone in the Niagara Falls store.

My experience was a bitter and a terrible one. The Portuguese-speaking lady at Purolator - Marilyn or Madilyn had no idea what she was doing and did not give me a tracking number for my package. I had no way of knowing its whereabouts and as a result ended up with phone calls and emails day after day. She neither gave me the receipt so it was useless.
Item was damaged, refund process has been a nightmare. Will initiate a chargeback due to lack of customer service. STAY AWAY

Store was clean and organized. I purchased a Geometry set and made some copies during my visit. The man behind the counter helped me navigate through the process and I was able to make copies. He wasn't 100% correct on the sizing procedure and I had to make 2 extra copies to get the correct size.

would be nice if you put the updated store hours in the curbside pick up email or on google. Online it says you guys are open at 9am, once i get there I see you guys are only open at 11am. Its frustrating to say the least, since I live 30min away and I had to take time off work.
Giving low rating because the website hours are incorrect and service here is completely terrible.Went there a couple times using this app as reference and the hours on this are wrong. They close 1 hour earlier than it states here and open one hour later than the stated time. Also I bought a laptop here, floor model, and they had to wipe the computer prior too, it took them 2days to do this which is ridiculous. Was thinking of getting them to install some software I bought there but didn’t entertain this if it took them 2 days just to clear out their stuff. ( note: i tried to call several times within these two days to see when I could pick up but no seems to pick up. I literally called about 10 times) when I made a trip there it wasn’t even ready. Had to wait about 30min. When I got the laptop they had no box for it... which is hit and miss as it’s a floor model, but they didn’t even try to put it in a plastic bag or even another box. It was snowing outside. Only when I asked about another box or a bag and gave them a look of disappointment/dissatisfaction I may have eventually got some attention. The guy gave me a free laptop bag. I really could’ve cared less about the laptop bag, anything would have worked. If it wasn’t for that this would have been 0 stars if this was possible. Only reason why I go here is that my company has an account with them, otherwise I wouldn’t bother shopping at this location.

She was personable, kind, thorough and professional. Parker was literally running in order to serve the many customers as quickly as possible. He was time-efficient and both staff knew what they were doing. Thank you!
I went with my aunt as we both had curbside pick-up orders. She called once we arrived and listened to the recorded messages but then someone picked up and hung up immediately. I managed to get the employees attention when he was bringing items out to another person. At that point everything was good and the employee was very friendly and helpful. 4 stars is only because my aunt was hung up on but it wasn't a huge issue.

Customer service goes a long way. Asked for something to be laminated. The young lady looked at me and said..no same day laminating. After a brief conversation about how I have always had same day, she abruptly said..fine if you want to wait 2 hrs...I commented on her lack of Customer service at which an annoyed eye roll happened. Just like that, both of our days altered because manners were not used.
I don't know if this goes for all Staples locations or just the Niagara Falls store but this is literally the worst printing service I've ever used. The quality of their printers is sub par and their staff rarely seem to know much about printing. If you need to print anything else other than a black and white text document, I highly recommend going anywhere else.
Slow cashier had issues with 1 person and a line of 9 people was forming. Jennifer who was on the Demo display came and got right on to help out!! She also helped me to my car with the box of paper.

I love this staples store. When the stores are open for in store shopping , they have plenty of staff to ensure fast service. They do need more subject matter expertise. I wanted to find out more about the difference between amd and i core and the employees knew very little about it. What i was really impressed with was their performance during store closure. Staples offered next day delivery with no Minimum , i found that very helpful since i dont drive and work from home. I ordered a lot for delivery and always got product next day or even same day. Once i missed my delivery and instead of sending it to shipping dock , they re delivered it to me . Very happy with staples

This is the second time I have went to staples to have items printed. First time was for my wedding stationary and with this this order, I needed about 500 colour pages printed out. I stood in the printing area for 15 while the people behind the counter worked on computers and not once did they acknowledge me there. I understand that they are working and are busy but a simple " ill be with you in a moment" would have made all the difference. Today I went there to get business cards, and other stationary printed out for a fundraiser that I'm running and low and behold, same thing! I stood there waiting for another 15 minutes before someone helped me or even acknowledged me there. Then I asked how I could get items out of my email to print and I was told to rent the computer at $0.30 per minute and print that way, or go get a USB drive with everything on it. That's fine I get that part but it was the tone I was told this in, almost like I should have known this information before wasting this persons precious time by asking a question. I do not suggest going to this store as they are completely incompetent and lacking some serious customer service skills. I will never attempt to have ANYTHING printed here again. I will pay the extra and go else where.

Jaylen then suggested a buying a power link, and since then it has solved ALL my connection problems. Playing online on my PS4 now is smooth and incredible. Thank YOU Jaylen! I would have never of known that a power link, something I’ve never heard of, could fix all the problems. Thank you!

Unimpressive customer service... no smiles, fake "have a good day". "Sale" prices are the everyday prices at Walmart or on Amazon... self-serve color A4 printouts at $0.40 each?! I could get full-serve cheaper than that at The Print House down the street.
Recently the Summerside staff went above and beyond the call of duty. A large printing order was required for a funeral. Stormy weather prevented the delivery truck from having the order received on time. Staples' employee personally made arrangements in Dartmouth, NS to have the order re-printed over night and a family member picked it up. Employee could have apologized and said "Sorry for your loss of a loved one. But Staples cannot control the weather. Here's your refund." But instead, she made multiple phone calls to Halifax making alternate arrangements and the re-printed brochures were available for the funeral. Thanks very much!!

I came to pick up an order that was placed online. The gentleman would not give me the order because it was in my bosses name. (I get it). I offered to log into her email to show the receipt and/ or even call her so I could leave with the order - this was not sufficient (maybe he was having a bad day and refused to help). I told my boss she has to come get it. She had to arrange her appointments to pick it up. Now, what upsets me is not the fact that these are the rules when picking up items purchased online, what really upsets me was that when she went to pick up the order, you guys didn't asked her for ID, you just handed her the order. She mentioned i came by and you wouldn't give it to me, and STILL you didn't even confirm it was her. So, you didn't only waste my time - you wasted hers. If these are the rules, then be consistent, or at least try to help!

I visited the store on March 20th, with a very large package. Crystal, or Krystal helped me get the thing ready for PUROLATOR. She was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. She somehow managed to serve , and satisfy 3 clients simultaneously. Had she been wearing a Fitbit, I have no doubt it would have been overheating! She is a credit to the Staples, Summerside store. I would hire someone THIS COMPETENT in a heartbeat. I will be back to Staples.

chronic lack of customer service at the NF store. I am in NF and been trying to contact them by phone for the past couple hours. Phone rings, then if you are lucky it will allow you to leave a message. Otherwise it simply says"your call is important to us.. Goodbye" and hangs up!!?? So I called the St. Catherines store and was promptly connected to someone. Unfortunately they didn't have the item, but checked and found that NF MAY have the item. They suggested calling NF to confirm its actually in stock. So I did again.. Same circus as earlier at the NF store. Frustrating.

I just bought an Acer laptop. Just what I needed. Techie was great. Even though store was busy she treated me like I was the only one and my business was important. Thank you. Went into Staples a young rep approached my Mum and I in the printer aisle . Mum picked the printer she wanted and he left and started talking to other customers forgetting about us. Went in to discuss business card templates at the print centre today, and was met by a very rude employee. Without even hearing / understanding my issue, she immediately began insisting that she couldn't help me. I did my best to remain polite - I can understand that customer service isn't always knowledgeable, it happens. I do however expect to be treated respectfully, not made to feel little for making simple inquiries.. which the employee couldn't even answer. Horrible customer service, very frustrating experience, and not the first time I've been left hanging at the Niagara Falls branch.
Computers and related products are a little pricey, store is not what l would call inviting feels more like a warehouse setting. Staff has a robotic feeling and presentation.

Worst service ever, The staff is very lazy, Stood around waiting for help for 15 minutes with nobody else in the store, When the guy finally did come over after I stared at him for a few minutes he didn't know anything about the computer that I was looking at. Then I tried to call the store and the girl told me to wait a minute while checking stock and never did come back to phone, then tried calling back all day, No answer, Do not shop here
Good place, good service, limited computer supply
I've been looking to replace my home printer for a while and talking to several other stores and their employees for advice and recommendations for my own printer requirements. Today, I met Darius at the Niagara Falls Morrison Street store and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. On his advice, I purchased the basic Epson ET-2720 model and am really pleased with it. Thanks again Darius for your help and patience with all my questions!

Staples NFalls is a clean organized store with plenty of selection. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I tried to order the item I wanted online but had trouble. At this point I would prefer to go pick it up at store instead. However from prior experience I know the number that it shows online, and the number of products on hand in the store don't always match. I was simply trying to call to confirm if they have what I want in the store before I make the drive. I tried calling 8 times and they won't answer the phone. It seems this has been a trend with this store for over a year now. What kind of business is this, and how does an issue go on for over a year without being rectified? I think it's time for the higher ups to have a talk with the management and employees of this store, just ridiculous.

The worse customer service from The Manager Monice. Very rude and impolite. She was yelling at me and asked me to go out of the store as if she owns it or as if I am at her home. And that is all because I was disputing with what she says. She should know that she is there to service us and we are the clients and give them the business. Bought a Brand news computer and was crushed after 3 months and they do not want to take responsibility for their products they sell.
Manager was rude and combative with me for no good reason.
Good service, help was offered how to print documents from USB stick.

Do not shop at this place, they do not stand behind their products. Bought headphones and less than a month they broke, wanted to exchange for another pair but they said no as I don't have the original package. They could not resell these as the cord was broken. Bought these for a child that has a disability and now I have lost fifty six dollars and no headphones for this child. I am a senior and can not afford to buy another pair. Will never shop here again.

I like the copy and print center, The rest of the store is poor at best. The hours listed on Google are wrong, you have to call the store to get the actual hours of operation.

Very poor customer service. The employee didn't even offer to assist with putting the office chair into my vehicle. I'm 59 and he was more than physically able to help as he was in his 20s. Every time I have gone there the service has been poor. I will not return.

Staff dies not know products
Allways terrible service, you can be walking up every isle,clearly searching for something specific. Yet not 1 of the 6 staff that walk by will ask if you need assistance,verry common occurance. Last time pizza delivery had just arrived and they all gathered around the service desk eating pizza. Ovcourse way to busy to ask if we needed help. Service is verry weak at this store. Also whent in looking for a binder a few months ago, i picked one up to see if it was the correct one , then put it back at the wrong place without realizing .. one of the staff passes by and says "thats not where you grabbed that" what kind of store does this...
This is the ONLY store in the entire area with 9am hours. St. Caths' 8am, Welland 8am, etc., etc., etc. That in itself should tell you how "useful" lol the staff are. Yes, yes, I get they are with other stores. Welland is located right beside the Seaway which ironically has an opening time of 10am. However, obviously the "brilliant" staff don't seem to realize that they are the only copy place in the area. Though the staff are at best useless, and you'd have better luck looking for something yourself than asking them, there are people in the town that do indeed work and may require use of a staples - such as for printing, etc. - before 9am.

Not worth going to staples EVER. . There customer service is deplorable and they can't seem to make 5 double sided colour copies in under a week. I can suggest other print stores whose service is impeccable if you're interested. I don't plan to ever return to staples.

I have been in a couple of times in the past month I have been very pleased with the service. I am having computer problems and they were very patient with my lack of knowledge and took their time to explain everything. A big thank you. I would give you a 5* but nobody is that perfect.
