In-store service is great. The loader approached my vehicle smoking, I understand they are outside but shouldn't smoking be done on breaks? I ordered ice shield, he brought it to my vehicle, I got out of my vehicle to pop the back door but he said he can't wait and dropped it for me to load. It was so heavy I could barely get it into my vehicle. He then went to the next customer who came after me? This is far from good customer service. My rating only reflects my experience once I left the store.

I placed an order this morning and the woman who took my order was difficult to say the least. I ignored her poor attitude because I really needed the lumber. When I arrived a few hours later I went to the yard with the picking slip. When I told the loaders what I was there for they all disappeared. Nobody offered help and the four items (1 3/4”x 12”x24’ LVL) I loaded myself. Very unsatisfactory. I will never return
