TLDR: expensive, good quality, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great selection, good quality beginner to professional level quality products. There are some things I wasn't able to find, such as PH Martin's Bombay ink, or a selection of mechanical pencils. The prices here are pretty high, but after buying 80$ worth of markers/pens, the cashier was accommodating enough to let me try them all out in order to ensure none of them were dried out. Upon checking, 4 markers from the 2 packs were dried out, and the cashier swapped them out for me. At more than 8$ a pen/marker this pleased me, as the return on products like this need to be done in a short time after purchase.
