Purchased a spray system from them that cost me over 2k. Went in to get a larger tip, should have been a very common component, and was told they don't have anything to support my system and told to go and call the other SW. Why would you sell a very expensive spray system if you're not willing to support it with basics. Couldn't imagine selling something to a client then telling them to go and figure out the parts they need for it. Saving Grace was I talk to my rep and he helped me out, figured it out straight away. Guess I’ll just deal with him direct for more technical issues.

Exceptional service. We used Sherwin Williams for our home painting project and picked up all of our paints and many accessories here. When we had challenges outside of our and SW control we were treated exceptionally well by the entire team here. They went above and beyond with home visits to understand the issue in its most detailed means, recommendations on how to solve the issues from thier team locally as well as thier corporate experts, and even honoured a promo that had passed during our efforts to solve things. I can't say enough good things about the team here. Highly recommend for and DIY home / residential projects you may have. Most people know them for commercial services only but their residential offerings from paint to paint supplies to paint color matching is top notch.

The associate was super patient as I struggled finding the right colour. The colour he helped me pick ended up being absolutely PERFECT and exactly how I had envisioned my living room! Decided to paint a bedroom during the pandemic. Paint selection was really easy since they have all their colours available to view online. The phone lines were busy and hard to get through but the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Curb side pick up was a breeze and payment was done ahead of time over the phone.

Sadly I usually loved this store. I get great customer service. However this time I had to return back to the store 2 x for paint I was charged for but was not given. It was a large order. The woman who helped me was lovely, however the manager questioned that I may have received it and there was not an apology at all. This experience was not as good as the past.

sales associate gave me a can of paint with huge dent in the side. can was actually off balance when you picked it up. offered to carry it to my car so i didn't notice until i got home. also was told i would get a 30% discount from the $70 plus dollar regular price but then proceeded to ring in my order at regular price! I asked about the 30% discount as i am on your mailing list and get the promo codes. he said he forgot! very disappointed with the level of customer service

I've always liked the colour selection of sherwin williams... however the price for the quality doesn't really match. I also didn't have a great experience with my last visit to the store as the sales associate was on the phone and made me wait quite a while. When her co-worker came in she was more interested about talking with him rather than helping me. The sales associates also seem to constantly push the most expensive paint they have. But I'll probably use the store again, not enough of a bad experience to completely boycot.
