Jerry replied quickly and communicated in good time. We had a large building to paint, his guys did a great job. They worked quick without disturbing the shipping company using the warehouse. Easy to work around, on time, good price. We got a great quality paint job and very comparative price compared to our other quotes. We have used Craven Maintainace anually for around 10 years. It is our experiance that his is a full service exterior contractor. As a business owner I require all contractors and sub contractors to provide proof of insurance and WSIB coverage. Jerry and his crew have always showed up and completed their work on time and as directed. We have used craven maintainaces services for painting, metal cladding and roofing and eavestrough. Issues have been minimal, and corected in a timely manner. We will use their services angain and would recomend to others.

Craven painted our barns about 4 years ago. I was happy with the work at the time. However 2 years later the paint started to peel badly and I called Mr Craven. I left several messages complaining but he never had the courtesy to call back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OPERATION!!

I had my barn painted two years ago by Gerry Craven . He was personable and diligent painting the barn. However the followup with problems from initial paint work was extremely difficult . The painting started to peel right away on one side of the barn and it took me almost a year with constant followup to get him to do a repair. He did the repair after a year and a few months later it started to peel really badly again. I have followed up with him for the last 3 months with text messages with pictures of the peeling paint and calls to his cell and messages with his office and I have not had the courtesy of a response to indicate how he intends that rectify the situation . Out of frustration, I am writing this review to elicit some sort of response .

We talked to the owner to get a repair done to a previous install in the spring. They confirmed they would and it would be a small job. Although it has a lifetime guarantee we did realize the repair would be a paid expense. We are now 6 months into trying to get someone to call us back WHICH INCLUDES talking to the answering service to confirm if they were even still in business. The product is great. The damage is wind related. The customer service is disgusting.

Jerry and his crew 12 years ago to repair our buildings and paint them for our daughters wedding, What a job they did WOW now with our son getting hitched we just contracted them to freshen up the entire farm again not that it was really needed but such a great job last time it was a no brainer when we decided to go again with them for this years painting.
