Warning: Do not Hire. My experience was the nightmare everyone fears when hiring a tradesperson. Delays, poor work quality, no respect of our home, they left us hanging with a bunch unfinished and had zero covid protocols. Originally we scheduled for mid December but it was pushed into early January even though my wife is expecting at the end of the month. First day, instead of arriving at 9:30am, showed up at 4pm only to leave supplies. Tuesday he was late but worked expectedly after. Wednesday they wanted to run late to finish the job. 7pm turning into 7:30, which inevitably turned into 9pm. In some places the workmanship was professional. But there are spots that look like I'd done it. Noticeable brush strokes and bleeding on the trim or light fixtures. The place was left as a mess when they did leave. They had asked to use my vacuum but I suppose couldn't figure it out and left it disassembled in the corner. There were hidden fees and additional costs. Things were "missed" from the quote and charged after. They damaged the ceiling and charged me to seal it. When they left, John personally promised to return and finish the job. But after several texts/voice mails and e-mails, we've had no response. Unprofessional, poorly done, rushed and unreliable. Buyer beware.

Bard's Painting is the real deal. I hired John to fix a hole and paint my kitchen for me and I couldn't be more happy with the results. The Kitchen looks amazing and he also painted a bedroom door and my backyard facing Kitchen door at no additional cost solely for the reason that he wanted the kitchen to look perfect. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional painter that is willing to go the extra mile. Thank you bard's painting!
