(Translated) This business is dishonest and bad times. My 76 year old mother and our family had been doing business with this company for years. Lately she bought curtain. They made mistakes in the dimension and asked her to have them taken over by a seamstress. She did all the legwork and got the company to approve the seamstress's $ 75 estimate. Once the job is done they first try to negotiate the fee at $ 40. Michele the clerk had promised to offer him a free part for the poles to buy during the same transaction. When my mom came forward to claim the part and the seamstress fees the story had changed. She wanted to exchange part of the tailoring costs (caused by their negligence) for the part in question. Eventually Michele went to look for the promised part and as if by chance came back empty-handed saying that she could no longer find the item in question. My mother had to start negotiations again in order to claim her due. After several minutes the employee went back to the back room and returned with the amount - $ 3. She maintains that she had to pay out of pocket since the boss was not paying the fees. She didn't have the full amount so my mom left without the promised coin and $ 72. I have been in sales for years and I would not have been so successful if I had lacked so much integrity with my clients… I really deplore the behavior of this company and I can assure you that the $ 500 that my mother have just paid will be the last, for our family as well as our many acquaintances. Mr. owner, you have just lost several clients for your errors in judgments. I hope you will make good use of the $ 3 you kept from this transaction !! (Original) Cette entreprise est malhonnête et de mauvaise fois. Ma mère de 76 ans et notre famille faisions affaire avec cette entreprise depuis des années. Dernièrement elle a fait l’acquisition de rideau. Ils ont fait des erreurs dans la dimension et lui ont demandé de les faire reprendre par une couturière. Elle a fait toute les démarches et fait approuver par l’entreprise l’estimation de 75$ des frais de la couturière. Une fois le travail fait ils ont d’abord essayer de négocier les frais à 40$. Michèle la commis lui avait promis de lui offrir gratuitement une pièce pour les pôles acheter lors de la même transaction. Quand ma mère c’est présenter pour réclamer la pièce et les frais de couturière l’histoire avait changé. Elle souhaitait échanger une partie des frais de couture(causés par leurs négligences) contre la pièce en question. Finalement Michèle est aller chercher la pièce promise et comme par hasard revenue les mains vides disant qu’elle ne trouvait plus l’item en question. Ma mère a du recommencer les négociations afin de réclamer son dû. Après plusieurs minute l’employée est repartie dans l’arrière boutique et revenue avec le montant - 3$. Elle soutient qu’elle devait payer de ça poche puisque le patron n’évoluais pas s’acquitter des frais. Elle n’avait pas la somme complète donc ma mère est repartie sans la pièce promise et 72$. Je travaille dans la vente depuis des années et je n’aurais pas eu autant de succès si j’avais manqué autant d’intégrité avec mes clients… Je déplore vraiment le comportement de cette entreprise et je peux vous assurer que les 500$ que ma mère viens de débourser serons les derniers, pour notre famille ainsi que nos nombreuses connaissances. Monsieur le propriétaire vous venez de perdre plusieurs clients pour vos erreurs de jugements. J’espère que vous ferez bon usage du 3$ que vous avez garder lors de cette transaction!!
