I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for a call back from the sales rep at this store to set up commercial pricing . When I called he was in the store. The guy on the phone said so and he would call me back to set up pricing for my busy paint/plaster business. I have since went to the competition who have treated me right. I was back and forth whether to write a review but in a busy Reno economy I usually spend 30-50 grand a year in materials and bring my clients right to the store I choose. I had dealt with Benny Moore in Calgary for years and will not be buying Ben Moore paint here so to this experience. Very frustrating! There is no excuse for lazy/bad service.
