Normally people from out of town make it a point to run their errands all ib one day to avoid making unnecessary trips. I was told there was none but there was two sitting in the lot. Thanks

My experience with Kelly Ford was nothing short of excellent. I started my experience with this company by calling to speak with a salesperson and I was put on to a salesman named Jamie Layte. This man went out of his way to help me. The day that I talked with Jamie it was a very wet, cold and rainy day, yet he didn't hesitate to go outside to photograph two different F150 pickups that I was looking at on the Kelly Ford website. Jamie offered me a price for my F150 that I was happy with and he told me how much it would cost to purchase one of the new F150s. I can't express how impressed I was with this man. I had to drive about 340 to 350 kilometres to purchase my truck which I am very happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Kelly Ford. I'm sure that Kelly Ford has many great salespeople, but I sure wouldn't hesitate to have Jamie Layte to serve me. Thank you so much Kelly Ford and Jamie. Larry

Looking for a new car is usually an arduous task. But the sales department at Kelly Ford (Jamie Layte) made the task a pleasant and rewarding experience. They were willing to listen to what we wanted, provide a car to test which met our needs without the usual sales pressure. They also provided a fair price for my previous car compared to other non Ford dealers and honoured that price after an unplanned trip added many more kilometres. The briefing on the new car service plan and operational systems was complete and Jamie was patient with our questions. A 5 star sales experience. A 5 star Edge. And I fully expect 5 star service.

I am very pleased so far with the 2018 Pick up, and really enjoy the added features that Ford provides. The 3.5 Ecoboost engine is new to me but am pleased with its performance thus far.

While traveling in the central NFLD area last month (09/2019) from the U.S (Maine) we lost the wiper motor in our 1999 F250 super duty. Sherry, in the service dept at Kelly Ford got us in right away and was able to replace the motor in a few hours. They even stayed past closing to make sure the job was complete. Can't say enough about this place. If we lived closer we would use this dealership for all our Ford needs. Thanks Sherry :)

Had a little problem with my Ford Taurus, but after meeting with Corey I received an email from Kelly Ford wanting feedback on my last visit for service on my Ford Taurus, the problem was an exhaust leak, diagnosed as a broken flexible pipe. Anyone knows how long it would take to make this diagnosis, i was charged $63.00 and a list of parts required to make the repair as the parts would have to be ordered, the total cost came to 406.70 plus tax, included in this price was two hours labor. I was ok with the cost of the parts but two hours labor to replace it seemed a bit much to me. I decided to go to another garage for a second opinion and hoping they might have the part to make the repair, sure enough they did, i made an appointment and had the job done. I was in and out of the garage in less than 45 minutes with the job completed, not the two hours quoted by Kelly Ford, with a saving of just shy of $300.00 This difference in price for such a small job seems to be, and is outrages. I know this review won't go public but if it does, for the benefit of other people, the garage that did my repair was Dyke's Auto Centre Limited, Grand Falls-Windsor.

I can guarantee, I am not the type to sit down and write a review about something but I have received numerous requests from Ford themselves to do rate and review of my expeience at Kelly Ford. I feel obligated to do this now because I have had nothing but good experiences above and beyond at Kelly Ford. Every aspect of owning a vehicle has been made pleasurable. I have been buying Fords for a long time. Three passenger vans and three f150's. The experience starts right at the front door with friendly guidance from the receptionest. My salesman Jamie Layte has always listened to the changing needs of my large family and worked diligently to meet thoses desires and needs in a vehicle. The financing is always quick and pressure free with Glenn Batt, who finds the best options, for me, at the time. Service always answers my call quickly and they usually know exactly what is going on and sincerely care, whether it is just regular service or handling a problem. They do their very best to accomadate any urgent needs and seek to find alternatives . Having a few drivers in my house has also had me visit the body shop, more then once. Usually the best mood isnt welling out of you at these times but they made lemonade with my lemons, if you know what I mean. I guess it is best put that the business is run with respect and pride which starts at the top. This is evident in the larger than life owner Corey Kelly, who will always greets you with a laugh and a handshake. HE also graciously gives back to the community on a regular basis. Thank you for making a usually dreaded activity for me, one that is relaxed with a feeling of being part of the family.
