Paint Geeks was one of the few companies that had a website displaying their work, which I really appreciated. Jamie came out, gave us a quote on a Friday, we hired him that night, he showed up on the next day on a Saturday and was done on the Sunday, talk about fast. We were very pleased with Paint Geeks work.

We hired Jamie last summer to paint the interior of our home. Now the paint is cracking and peeling in several areas. We called him back once to fix the problem but it didn't help. The walls were not prepared properly prior to painting. This was not worth $4K and we do not recommend this company.

Called to get an appraisal, took him a week and 3 emails just to come look at our house. Then this “Proffesional” couldn’t even manage to give me an appraisal on the spot. He says, “I’ll get back to you in a few days...” don’t waste your time with this company. They clearly have no idea what customer service is about. They don’t deserve your time or money.

We had Jamie in twice to do work for us. The first job was the hallway with stairs and the second time to do touch ups all around the house (We've been in this older house for 15 years and inevitably there are cracks and dings.) Both times the work was well done, on time and with no fuss or mess. I think the cost is very appropriate and reasonable. I would certainly hire Paint Geeks again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I hired Paint Geeks to paint my family room, 2 bathrooms and pool area. Jamie was extremely friendly, reliable and efficient. The pool room included priming and staining concrete floors, priming and painting over cedar walls as well as ceiling and skylights. It was a huge task with many different out of the box ways of completing it, including out of the norm paints and sealants. I dont know if he knew what he was really getting into but Jamie managed to get it done with a smile on his face, at a good price and excellent workmanship. Will definately use him again.

Finding a painter to gives proper quotes in a timely fashion was very hard! Paint Geeks not only gave a proper well thought out quote but also came when he said he would and did the job in the amount of time he predicted. He did my entire living room, hallways, front entrance, grandparent suite, hallways, ceilings and 9 doors!! All the paint lines were exceptional. Very clean worker, very respectful and so easy to have around. I would hire Paint Geeks again in a second.

Paint Geeks provides a highly professional, client based approach while delivering skilled services. Jamie met with us to go over our painting needs and expectations and then exceed them. He was punctual, personable and very precise in the quality of the paint job. Paint Geeks does everything from start to clean up! We simply had to pick out our colour choices and Jamie did the rest. STRAIGHT SCAMMERS! Asked for a quote from paint geeks and after waiting weeks they finally came and gave me a quote that was DOUBLE what the others were charging. We almost got ripped off, beware! They also spilled paint all over a friends hardwood floors and refused to rectify or pay for it! Literally anyone else would be better than these guys.

My wife and I highly recommend Paint Geeks - We had a complete demo done on our 4 year old house (everything was renovated due to poor tenants). We needed someone who could work magic and paint our house top to bottom (literally) - This is exactly what Jamie did (oil priming, walls, doors, trim, ceilings, window ledges, etc). When renovations were being started, Jamie came in and quoted us. Months later when we were ready for him to come and paint, he was there without question and worked around our schedule and all the other contractors. He dedicated a couple weekends to get the job done and make sure that we were on target for our timeline. Jamie was great at answering any questions we had, and helping us achieve our goals. His steady hand made our house look like new again. We have had many friends and professionals comment about his work and work ethic, and requested his contact information. Paint Geeks agreed to paint the interior of my two story home, including walls, ceilings, doors and all other woodwork. I received a very professional estimate and timeframe, both of which were honoured to the letter. The estimate for the work was very reasonable, and included a 10% senior's discount. Jamie arrived on time each day, and cleaned up completely each evening. His work is pristine. I was particularly impressed with the quality of prep work he did on every wall, repairing holes, drywall tape cracks, and even cracked & broken baseboards. I recommend Paint Geeks without reservation and will definitely hire this company again.

I can't thank Jamie at Paint Geeks enough for the attention he gave to painting my whole home including all trim, inside cupboards, cleaning up ceiling lines and painting all walls, in some cases covering dark and red walls with lighter colours. His work is detailed and he does not cut corners and explains why certain things are needed to ensure a great job. I think he goes the extra mile to make his paint work the best it can be. I will hire Paint Geeks again.
