Wide selection of certain items, lacking in other areas. They seem to be lacking in some of the more basic art supplies, such as different kinds of tape (they only sell one type), drawing paper, but they have 1,000 different kinds of acrylic paint.

QUALITY OF PRODUCTS ARE SUBPAR AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!! With help from the staff I bought some watercolour paper for my Aunt’s b-day. When she tried to use the paper it turned to mush! I attempted to return the unused paper (nearly $50 worth) to the store but they would not accept a return or exchange even though I had a receipt! The staff even double checked that yes, what I had bough was watercolour paper and that it would be fine if used properly. My Aunt has been painting with watercolour for 15+ years! There is no user error. There is no acceptable reason for watercolour paper to turn into pulp. Simply the worst art store ever. They can’t even stand behind the quality of their own products.

Very big with diverse products, prices are a bit high and I have had a few complaints about the quality of some products (the micron pens are what I've had the most issue with, and they've refused to do a refund) and just some of the quality of the paints aren't the best. But as a beginer- intermediate level art store you have some variety.
