We came back to the office after a day long course to find a massive waterfall coming into one of our rooms from the roof. The owner of We Care was at our office within 30 minutes of us finding the issue and his crew were hard at work within the hour. They stayed late that night to make sure there was no more water coming in, to clean up the mess, and to remove all the materials that were wet. The service was the best I have seen and the entire team at We Care were professional and exacting.

Jack and his crew were able to repair the damage to my basement in a timely manner and for very close to the fee quoted. A few speed bumps along the way, as is apt to happen when dealing with home repairs, but everything was done professionally and completely. Jack went out of his way to ensure everything was complete and I was satisfied. I hope I don’t need their services again (who wants sewage back up) but if I do, this company will be the first on my list to call.

When they say “Always Open”, they mean it. My basement flooded (sump overwhelmed and failed) and the water sensors didn’t alert me to it until 1:22am. When I called We Care at 1:32, the owner himself answered, and was at my house within 15 minutes. This was during the recent flooding when everyone was flooding. He’d done 6 houses before me, and still came out. He stayed for 5 hours getting the water out, left me the equipment I needed in case it started again until the sump could be replaced, and overall, didn’t break the bank! Would 100% recommend We Care.

When our basement had sewer backup Jack's crew was there within 30 minutes to start pumping and walking us through the steps for our insurance. Jack was available to us during the entire restoration process to answer our questions, he let us know what his team was doing, and he made sure everything was done correctly. We had just moved into a new house and discovered extensive water damage and mold. When we called We Care, Jack the owner, came the same day to assess the situation. From the very start I felt relieved that we had chosen We Care because Jack was very knowledgeable and did everything the right way and made me feel that the job was going to get done right without cutting any corners. In the middle of the water damage repairs we had shingles blow off our roof and water damage to the roof and ceiling in the house. We Care took care of all of that as well. Half the roof on our house was re-shingled in 3 days, I was amazed at how fast it was done. Overall they did an amazing job, very professional and always answered every question we had. We are very grateful for their help and the bill was all itemized and clearly laid out, no surprises and lower than we thought it was going to be. Excellent service.

I worked with Jack and John for awhile and I really enjoyed the work. They had me doing mostly clean up, but it was something different everyday which I really liked. They seemed interested in helping me further my skills, and I felt like I was a part of a family almost with how well we got along. We Care responded to emergency calls on more than one occasion, one of them at 3:00 in the morning. The quick response of Jack and his team resulted in significant damage mitigation. Beyond the emergency scope of work all jobs have been completed well, reasonably priced, and efficiently. We Care is our go to for any restoration work in the future!

My tin roof was leaking and nobody else in town would help me replace the section that was damaged. Jack was very thorough and discussed my options. When we found asbestos insulation, Jack was prepared and certified to dispose of it safely with little interruption to my daily routine. It turned into a very big project, opening the ceiling completely but Jack was positive and organized. His crew was very friendly and Jack is excellent at communicating during the entire process. I am really so thankful that Jack was able to help me on short notice, work with my budget and complete the project before the rain hit.

In March 2019 we came home to a wet carpet in our basement! We called We Care Restoration and requested they come the following day, however, Jack went out of his way and was at our house within 20 minutes of the call. Jack and his team worked quickly and dilegently for most of the evening to minimize any further water damage. The insurance adjuster even commented on how well Jack's team had responded. Whenever we had any questions or concerns Jack was always just a phone call away and would make a point of following up with odd visits to make sure his team was on track. It was also the extra steps he took to ensure the health of my family was not compromised from any possible mould or drywall dust. Jack gives 100% and expects the same from those he works with. Our basement flooded in the afternoon and within one hour We Care Restoration was at our house. They cleaned up the mess and worked into the night with removing materials and emptying out everything in the basement and disinfecting everything They followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok.
