I have had two experiences with Schultz in the past year, and I have been very pleased with the results. Most recently, I was able to get my car assessed quickly, and was booked into an appointment within a few days. Marlene and Mirsad kept me posted throughout the repair process, making sure I got my car back at 100%. Marlene also worked with the car rental company directly to make sure my rental needs were met. Overall, great craftsmanship and customer service.

Was really nice when i went to ask them to help me with a set of questions i needed to fill out to receive funding for my refinishing course. And was fast to get back to me. But unfortunately they didnt answer them in a way that would benifit me to receive funding. So i am not able to use them for my three potential employers for my labour market research. Now i halfto find three other employers. But I appreciate the time and effort they put in for doing that for me. Its to bad that they didnt see me fit for them. But i should have prepped myself better. And maybe disscused my qualifications. But other then that ive heard alot of good things about this shop. They are nice, professional, and respectful.

Schultz was wonderful to deal with. I had hit and run damage on one of my car doors and they took care of it no problem, and did even more than that. They touched up some spots on my hood where my wipers rubbed the paint off and cleaned everything else. Very awesome people, friendly and inviting when you walk in. I recommend this business 10/10

My truck was rear ended on a Monday, filed my claim on Tuesday , went to book an appointment to have my truck fixed on a Wednesday, they had me in by the following Monday and returned to me by Friday that same week. Most of the damage was remove and replace but still, they did it in a timely manner. The staff was amazing and kept me up to date on progress. Answered all questions I had and did an amazing job fixing my vehicle. They also cleaned my truck inside/out & left a little care package. Great job guys & gals.

I brought my vehicle to Schultz craftsman collision on Queensway after a collision accident I had , my vehicle was pretty banged up and it ended up being quite a large job .the team here did an absolute amazing job with fixing my vehicle the body work is great and they were very professional and patient with it.the paint job is perfect. one of the best painters in town. I am very pleased , thankful and absolutely amazed at the work they have done , the manager and desk were absolutely great professionals and helpful with my questions ,providing me with quick information and contacting me . I am very very please with the work they have done and the help they have given me , even with supplying a courtesy car when needed. the experience I had with Schultz craftsmen collision. I do recommend this place for your collision repairs it was a great experience and I am jaw dropped at the patient work they have provided. I was going to chalk this up to a lesson learned and move on, but at this point they deserve this review. My husband and I booked both of our vehicles in at Schultz to have hail damage to the bodies repaired. Our first disappointment was the lack of communication. I was given a date for when the first truck should be ready, but never received any updates so I phoned the afternoon before I was supposed to be able to pick it up to find out it would not be ready. The repair was delayed by one week. When I picked up my truck they told me there was an error with the one of the side view cameras (working when it arrived at Schultz) but the dealership was not able to get the part in time. We live 3 hours away, and I was there to drop off our second vehicle, so we agreed that the camera could be fixed when we came back to pick up the second vehicle. This is where the second disappointment begins and never ends. My vehicle was not ready on the day I was told to pick it up until closing, at which time I had to make the 3 hour drive home. I was not able to go over the job they had done until I got home and to put it politely I was not pleased. On top of the camera, my windshield washer fluid was not working, the paint job was bubbling in two places, there were several specs of dust and one large hair stuck in the paint, and you could see the shine from the sanding marks on the metal under the paint. So now I had to rebook my truck in to have all of this fixed once our second vehicle is finished. At this point Schultz is well aware of the camera and the windshield washer fluid not working. I bring my truck back in for the warranty work on the paint job, and it is there for approximately 3 weeks. When I go pick it up, I find out they "forgot" to send it to the dealership to fix the camera or the windshield washer fluid. The gentleman who went over the truck with me was very apologetic, gave me the managers card (was away for the week) and told me to book my truck in to the dealership nearest to where I live and that they would pay for it over the phone. The second time around the issues with the paint were fixed, but I would not say the paint job matches factory quality. So I book my truck into the dealership, windshield washer fluid was easy, Schultz didn't plug the line back in, so no cost there (and no, I couldn't have found that myself, the front fender has to come off). Then they figured out what was needed for the camera but it needed to be ordered. So I phone the dealership to rebook and they tell me that Schultz told them they are not at fault for the camera and won't be paying for it. No communication from Schultz to me about this at all. Pretty greasy. After a 3 month long ordeal, we continue to find things wrong with our vehicles (example: the tabs being broken on the door seals of my husbands truck) But, lesson learned. There are several reputable body shops in Prince George and I highly recommend steering clear of this one.

Quick help with my claim, they handled everything with ICBC and had my repairs completed in a couple of days while I used a loaner vehicle they supplied. When I got my vehicle back it was perfect and they even cleaned it inside and out for me.

Manager has terrible attitude. Really disrespect to customers. At first, I tried to negotiate the price with their manager but he said no which is fine, and then at the end I said I am willing to pay what the price they provide originally but they still refuse to repair my vechicle. This is defintely a huge disrespectful. I have no idea why they do that to lose customers but anyway just don't go to this body shop ever.

My husband and I have come here twice for our ICBC break and enter claims. They arranged rentals, transport to and from, and provided progress updates often. Mirsad, Crystal and the staff are so pleasant to deal with. Always smiling and pleasant to interact with. My favorite thing is picking up the vehicles and having them fully detailed. What a nice way to make a bad situation better.
