One of the best customer service experiences I have had. (Yes honestly!) Why was it amazing? Less than 15 minutes to assess the damage and then they sent off the report to ICBC. Mason was with me every step of the way either through phone call or in person while I was there. He made each step of the process very simple and took care of all of the things. (ICBC, my rental, appointment scheduling ect) The work that they did to my car looks exactly like new. They also detailed my car as well! And to top it all off they finished a day earlier than expected! (Only two days in the shop!) Will be going back for any and all further body repairs!

Riverside collision was amazing to work with. Mason was a very professional young man, who gave us an an estimate and coordinated the work on our vehicle. We were traveling and left our vehicle in PG, Mason was kind enough to drive us to the Airport and it was way further than we had imagined! Over all I would say Riverside Collision was communicative, helpful and very professional. We would recommend this business. A job well done!

Riverside was very helpful. In fact, the wonderful lady at the front desk answering phones was more helpful and gave me more information than ICBC did when I was told they decided to write off my car a month ago. Just an FYI people, having replacement insurance on your vehicle might seem like a waste of money, until you have to use it. I would have been a lot worse off if I didn't have it.
