This is my go to place for autobody work. I've used this shop several times and the quality of their work has always been consistently excellent! They even cleaned the entire interior of the car top to bottom! The customer service has also been great, they were friendly, and even dropped me off and picked me up when the work was done. Would highly recommend them!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Did I mention terrible? My sports car went in under my insurance for a claim, plus extras, and the paint job they did was full of what looked like lint or dirt. I brought this to the guy's (Henry?) attention and his excuse was that he thought I wanted a cheap job because I'd added several things that weren't included in my claim. I never said I wanted a cheap job. In fact, I'd acknowledged to him that I knew the extras I was adding on were going to be expensive but they had to be done. The new paint on part of the hood had curdled and he said it had reacted with the previous paint. Isn't that part of your job, to bring it to my attention BEFORE you tell me it's done. I probably would have paid extra if I'd known it needed extra work. He minimized my concerns instead of admitting their mistake. Terrible customer service and quality!

I was satisifed with the body work I recently had done at Klassic--this was the third time I had taken a vehicle here for repair. Unfortunately, on this last visit, the poor customer service I experienced overshadowed their workmanship. There are lots of good body shops in PG... no need to take my business here again.

Always professional, friendly and caring. The $8600 worth of damage caused to my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback was repaired flawlessly and I was incredibly impressed with the whole experience. I'll be a forever customer to Kelly and Trina and the gang at Klassic! Keep it up guys!

They were fantastic when I took my car to them after a small car accident. They were already figuring out a rental before I knew I would need one. Gave me a ride and then came in on the weekend so I could get my own car when it was done. They are definitely a 5 star company.

PG Klassic has done many great things for me in my time of need. Between both of my vehicular incidents, they have provided a courtesy car for the time that I was getting my vehicle repaired free of charge, despite not having the optional coverage from ICBC or Roadstar/Roadside Plus. They always treat me with a professional attitude and answer any questions that I may have.

I had a front end collision with another vehicle. I found that all the work performed was excellent. My vehicle was tied up for about a week longer than it should have been but this was the insurance's fault because they were so busy. PG took very good care of me. The car rental was ready for me the day that I arrived. I would have no problem using their services again!
