The representatives were very polite, terrific service. Car was only in the shop for half a day, great turnaround time, and they were nice enough to pick me up and drop me off. The cleaned my car so well it was even better than when I first bought it. Definitely recommended.

My van had some damage on the bumper due to a hit and run. I brought it in for repair. ICBC agreed to cover the cost of repairing the dent. The van is 10 years old so has some prior dings and scratches on the bumper. Norgate was able to find a used bumper and paint it up so the front end looks like new. I was very impressed by the service. My car had some damage to the dash/glove box area due to a thief looking for money. I had ignored it for months. But after the great service on my van, I thought I would have Norgate take a look at it. They repaired the damage for a very reasonable cost, less than I was expecting. On top of that, they detailed my car before I picked it up, I think they even armour alled my key fob. I drove home with a big smile, feeling like I had a new car. Amazing service and attention to detail.

Absolutely Terrible. My truck was in and out of that shop many times over the coarse of 3 months for what should've taken less than two weeks. Throughout this time they returned my truck to me unfinshed or with new damage, which they neglected to tell me until I noticed. There were missing parts, components underneath bent, body panels crooked, there were literal parts and pieces hanging and falling out from under the truck as I drove. I don't have the space to wright the excruciating details of what norgate truly did. As time went on, the customer service became sickening. I was mislead and given attitude worsening everytime. After everything was finally said and done, my truck still had incorrect parts, mismatched clear coat & paint. To all of which ICBC said good enough. Fairly often I get the opportunity to speak about recommended autobody repair facilities and I always love to tell people what a horror norgate is and to stay far away. Unless you don't care about the structural integrity and longevity of your vehicle.

My car was in accident which was covered by ICBC. It was only body damage in the front headlight and fender. I brought in the car to Norgate for repair and I was serviced by Daniel. It took one and a half month to find the parts & repair and only a couple of weeks after I received the car, I noticed the headlight they have put in has already gotten hazy, while the old headlight on the other side is perfectly fine. So I looked at the repair sheet and found in a total bill of more than $3,000, they have spent $15 on new parts. It now makes sense why it took so long to find the parts, as apparently they were looking for them in the scrap yards. At no point they mentioned to me that they were going to repair with old parts. They also did not blend in the paint, even though the labor charge was $2000. I don't have time to go back & deal with these people, but I am very disappointed to say the least.

Had to get my truck repaired after being side swiped. Right from the claim adjusting through to getting the truck back it was a positive experience. All staff were friendly, courteous and attentive. My service rep kept me fully aware of what was going on through all steps in the process. Great job Dave and crew. I know a few other business's that need to take a page out of your playbook. And the truck looks great!

I called Norgate last night for a windshield replacement since my windsheild had been struck with a large rock, shattering the glass on the bottom drivers side. They immediately got me down to the shop, took photos, began a claim for me, and told me to come in at 8am. Upon picking up my vehicle, after it had been repaired, I found that they had completely detailed the interior and exterior of the vehicle. They had organized my items neatly into the trunk, cleaned my carpets, and seats, and had even cleaned my 1 yearolds carseat! (Which was full of snacks since were on a road trip ????) Norgate gave me excellent service with their friendly staff, timely replacement of my windshield, and an extremely clean vehicle inside and out! Thank you so much Norgate Auto Body!
