Very pleasantly surprised. Fix Auto was recommended by my insurance company. I won't say I'm a bad driver but I've used a few auto body companies in Fort Mac over the years. Haven't ever had a truly great experience. Figured I'd go with the insurance recommendation because at least I had some recourse should things go bad. Well I couldn't have been more misguided. They were very professional, courteous and the communication was excellent. Work was completed in a very reasonable time frame well sooner than I was expecting. The quality of workmanship was impeccable. Literally cannot tell that they did a paint blend on one door panel. If (ok when) I have another fender bender they're my only choice. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately for me I had to get collision repair a couple times in the last few years on my Jeep and on my Journey. Fortunatley for me, these guys do amazing work. The vehicles both came back to me looking much better than even pre collision. Very professional crew working here from the shop workers to the office staff. Friendly, courteous, and knowlegable.

Went there today to see if they could help he with a smashed bumper from a hit and run. Within 20 minutes of showing up they had already had my bumper popped out and I was on my merry way. Great friendly service would definitely recommend this auto shop!

Got some body work done on my Volvo, though I had to bring it back to get a panel reworked due to the new paint peeling. They did not give me any grief and did an awesome job paint and customer service wise, no questions asked! Will definitely recommend people here in the future.

I went to Fix Auto to have some decal residue looked at on the side of my trucks box last week. They quoted me, immediately took it in, did the work, washed the entire truck ( not just those quarter panels), and then returned! I was blown away. I was there no longer than 30 mins and all I could see were people working. No one was relaxing, phones calls were being made to update people, to other businesses involved and when people came in they were dealt with right away. Pricing was amazingly fair for my request and immediate service. Perhaps they don't have the biggest media following in Fort McMurray but people who have been here certainly know the great service they are getting!

Just had my 2019 BMW X-5 repaired from FIX AUTO Fort McMurray. My L rear door was repaired and repainted. They did an amazing job to my full satisfaction. My SUV was in its newest condition when returned. Great place 5 star quality and customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for body or paint work at very reasonable rates. I brought my car here to have and estimate done on getting a some paint damaged fixed for insurance. So what they ended up doing was polishing 2 fenders of the car to see if there was enough clear coat left. so they call me and say that it shouldn't be and issue to cut and polish than I ask to do the whole car and they tell me they aren't set up to polish a whole car and can't give me and estimate and then charge me for an hours labour. best part is the fenders they polished they didn't even put a coat of wax back over it to protect it. horrible!

The hatch on my suv was rubbing against the bumper and caused the paint to chip. Ford sent me to this place because it was covered under warranty, they fixed the bumper because it wasn’t properly put on and repainted the hatch. They did an awesome job! I noticed a little overspray on the rear exhaust and mentioned it and they were so awesome in getting that fixed right away. Only place I would go in town.

I want to commend Fix Auto for their professional demeanour and the communication that I had back and forth with Camille, who was excellent to work with, Fix Auto was very transparent with me regarding any extra costs, and the work was done as quoted. The quality of work is next to none. If you are like me and you read a lot into reviews, you know how critical reviews are for business and you want the job done right the first time. We had the best experience here!!! They got parts in for basically a whole back right side rebuild on our 2018 chevy in just days! Labour barely a week! Our truck came back shinier then when we bought it! Had a couple places to pick from the insurance company and I would hands dowwwn reccommend this place if you have the choice!
