I went here to get an estimate for an insurance claim, but they never sent in the pictures to my insurer. I am delayed over a month now to have the work done, so I am going with another place in town. The staff were friendly And helpful, but it worries me that they simpley did not send in the information until the insurer got ahold of them.

Got sent to Birchwood from a company owner who was paying to fix the damage they caused on my vehicle. After giving me an estimate of 4 days to fix my dented rocker pannels for my 2015, they tried calling me 2 days later to tell me the job was finished. From a far away glance it looked alright but as soon as I looked underneath I could tell that they didn't even touch it with paint it was all bondo! There was also a sanding scratch on my door which they fixed when they finished the job completely. When I picked up my car the inside was FULL of dust which I am now going to have to detail. The owner did seem upset when I showed him what they were trying to send me home with, but still a very bad experience from this shop.

What should have been a fairly simple, 6 hour job, took three days. Would have taken longer if I didn’t go demand my parts back. Kept me completely in the dark and gave me a runaround the whole time. Go anywhere but here.

Brought vehicle in a few times to get body work done. They left the truck a mess each time, totally disrespectful. Ended up having to bring it somewhere else to get the job done right, because the piece kept on falling off, after they tried twice. I do not recommend AT ALL!
