Work needed to be done is explained clearly and in laymen's terms. The bill is never higher than the estimate. They process insurance claims as well as esthetic upgrades.

Did a perfect job on the wife's car. The car had rusty fenders / bottom of passenger's doors. No rust anymore! On the top of it, it is now rust proof. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car body shop in Kingston. Ron's has taken care of my family's bodywork repair as long as he's been in business. His service quality is second to none. Sometimes it takes Ron's a while to slot in a repair as he is so busy especially during the peak fender-bender period, but for us it has always been worth the wait.
