I contacted John for a last minute stair refinishing job at my new house prior to moving in. I recently purchased a AirBnB in Niagara Falls and it seriously needed painting in all the rooms and the stair rails were awful. I needed it done fast. I called several other people and some didn’t call me back, and others didn’t even show up for a estimate. I was at my witts end when I called John. He was so polite and professional. Worst customer service, terrible attitude !!! Wrecked my kitchen cabinets. Claimed that he has state of the art facility and equipment when actually he sprayed my kitchen in his backyard using cheap latex paint from Benjamin Moore. He should have known that it's for "walls" not "wood" !!! Well John I understand you are a home painter, but you should have told me upfront. When confronted, blamed my kitchen cabinets ????? John Pizzi, you didn't see my cabinets before starting the work ???? I won't be surprised if you don't "RECOLLECT" who I am !!! My bad I hired 'Jack of all trades .....'

John and Chris did an excellent job with the painting and plaster touch ups that were necessary in our home. They painted the living room and dining room which has vaulted ceilings, the family room which required quite allot of patch work and detailed trim work, two large hallways (that required faux painting to be sanded off) and a bathroom (which required the drywall to be fixed). They did an incredible job, their attention to detail and professionalism showed in their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their home painted. The rooms look incredible. Their prices are very reasonable given the quality of their work.

We were looking for professional kitchen cabinet painter. It was highly disappointing to see their setup. They are refinishing cabinets in the garage with no professional equipment and poor quality paint. Go see their setup first before signing up with them.

Subpar work. Very cocky and unreliable + shady. Doesnt answer his phone but is always on it at the job. The rest of these reviews seem fake. Buyer beware...no deposit for him!!! Maybe this review will help him treat others more fair.
