Super friendly/knowledgeable staff and excellent products. So much better than big box stores. The new owners went above and beyond my expectations during my last visit. I love the personalized service - if I'm unsure exactly what I need, they go over every aspect of the project to figure out the best product to use. I never feel rushed and, more importantly, I always feel valued as a customer. I also love the quality of Dulux paints. I definitely recommend Fort Erie Colour and Design when you're deciding to tackle a new paint project! Happy to support a local small business.

Zero stars is right! My floor installation had to be ripped up and redone at my expense, they broke the adjacent laminate flooring and don't know how to repair it properly so they've walked away from the damage! Don't let this family into your home! And since I had to replace the flooring that they installed, I found the same at A1 Welland for 25% less and they were so helpful! There are better local, honest businesses to support than Color and Design Fort Erie.

These guys have done It again, used them 4 years ago for some laminate floor in my basement, their recommendation and quality has been amazing. Recently needed to get some paint for metal exterior doors and needed to match the trim, and again Debbie and Jenny came through with the perfect paint and match delivered to my door. Rather than stand in line at one of the big box stores to get a the proper colour fence stain, (difficult to replicate) I took it to the Colour & Design Center. They matched it perfectly. Same price with the CAA discount. Thank you.

Terrible service. No knowledge of how to install vinyl floor in bathroom. Glued a lay flat vinyl floor that did not require glue. Floor laid too low. Adjacent laminate flooring broken in the process. They had no knowledge how to fix the damaged adjacent laminate flooring properly. How can a business operate like this?????

Ever since the new owners took over it feels like pulling teeth trying to get these people to help. The lady in her 40s with black hair and glasses is just the absolute worst and offers no suggestions or solutions . She kind of just hems and haws and either doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing or is just plain uninterested in her job. I just find it odd that she does not try to go above and beyond to help customers and would rather send them to a competitor. Makes no sense to me, but if that’s the way you want to do business I can take myself to the several other options in town. Good luck staying in business with that attitude.
