First coat is still drying, but looks great, and we're excited about the accent wall colour she recommended too. She was the most helpful of all the staff we've met. I recommend seeking her out.

Kevin came out first and measured and gave us a quote. Wasn't but a couple of days and Sean came out and did a fantastic job with our bathroom and our statement wall down the stairs. I've been there a few times over the past couple years getting paint and whatnot.. the last two times I've been there the staff have been cold and unhelpful. It seems like they barely want to answer your questions. Maybe they were just having a bad day? Since discovering there is a Benjamin Moore store in Welland I've since gone there. The staff are outstanding and the prices are about 10% cheaper for the exact same thing.

Ok. I’ve heard horror stories about this store but had the misfortune of dealing with the rudest lady that works there. She messed up the colour and refused to accept responsibility, untop or being a rude person. With everything I’ve heard and experienced I’m shocked that this store is still open. I guess everyone will continue going to st.Catharines to avoid at all cost

I telephoned them as I needed some guidance on what kind of paint is best to use. They were very helpful and also suggested some paint colour swatches which we can curbside pick up.
