I don't know who they hire to work for them, but I had a horrible experience with one of their workers he never finished the job and still wanted full price even though I had to hire someone else to finish the work that he was supposed to do. Please save yourself the grief and go with someone else. His name is Ron and he says he works for your company!!

I have been dealing with Jeff from Braendel for 3 years now. They painted my historic 1851 home deep in the heart of Allentown NY. They were the best quote(Always get quotes to make sure even the suggested are fair), They did the job clean w/o us even being bothered of their presence. I had a few small spots 2 years later that were peeling and Jeff had his crew come out and do touch ups no questions asked. I know that this stuff is expected when you hire someone, but if you have ever hired out for a job this is not always the case. I give them 2 thumbs up and I am very picky having been in the customer service industry my whole life. I hope this helps in this emotional decision.

Had a fantastic experience with Braundel's Painting and Services. Last June I hired some guy to paint my bathroom. He charged me in full but only painted half of it and I got ripped off. Luckily Jeff came to the rescue to see what happened and he was so nice to help me out. He sent Fred over to finish the job. Fred worked really hard and did a fantastic job to make sure he painted the bathroom perfectly. I was totally impressed and very satisfied with their services. This place is reliable and I can count on Jeff make sure I get what I need done here. I am so grateful for everything he has done for me. I would recommend Braundel Painting & Services for painting.

We recently had the exterior of our house and shed painted and were very happy with the quality of the work and the price was reasonable. If there was anything keeping us from a 5 star rating it was only the time it took to complete. We were originally quoted 3 days but it took about a week. I got the impression they were a little tight on staff. I will say Tom and Rob were very friendly and professional and did very good work! The few minor concerns and touch ups we had were addressed the same day we brought them up. Good job guys!

Jeff and Dan were easy to work with and the only contractor that understand my budget constraints and worked with me. They completed several projects for me in 2019. I wish I found them first! I initially contacted Braendel for interior & exterior painting, then expanded to several projects. All the workers were pleasant and helpful. Of the 10 + contractors I've hired for extensive work, he & 1 other are the only ones that started and finished when they said they would. Also, on time each day. Note - The only issue is the pricing for painting was higher than anyone else but would not deter me hiring.

Braendel will show up on time and get your job done, but be watchful. The sales pitch is slick (and you'll recognize that when you hear it) and promises the moon, but don't pay out until you're sure that everything on the list is done (or at least that you're going to live with the things that aren't); they will want you to and promise to come back and finish, but that's never best practice with contractors who have already moved on to another job. You're entitled to have your job finished before you pay; don't fall for pressure tactics. They don't "need to get to the bank today." There was one item in particular (out of four) that was left unfinished--one the owner specifically noted would be done when he came to check on the job (which I appreciated). The two final workers who were expected to collect payment absolved themselves of responsibility saying that the carpenter knew it was a problem, and said "I'll probably have to come back to do that"; I'm sure the hope was that I just wouldn't notice it wasn't done or would be too afraid to complain about it. When a carpenter (not sure if it was the same one) came back, it took him much longer than anticipated to complete the job, and he said his boss was calling asking why it was taking so long. He did a beautiful job, but it wouldn't have happened if I'd not called them out and said I didn't want to pay the second half until the job was done. I should also point out that they replaced stucco panels on a Tudor home horizontally instead of vertically, which is obviously not the right way to do it (and when I pointed it out, the worker admitted that), as it leaves a seam across the stucco. Whether this is lack of knowledge or just a way to save materials--neither desirable traits in a contractor--I don't know, but I didn't catch it in time and now I have to live with it. I also found it incredibly unprofessional that they banged on my window while I was in the middle of a phone interview for my job and insisted I needed to come outside and decide on paint color at that exact moment---while I was still on the phone. It was embarrassing to try to explain to my interview what was going on, and made ME look unprofessional, which I didn't appreciate. All this said, for the most part, the men were friendly, showed up on time, and got the job done in a timely manner. They also did some extras that weren't part of the contract per se, but were necessary to do a good job. And I should also point out that their cost was half of the other estimate we got (from a company with a reputation for meticulous work), and it's clear that they are able to do the work at affordable rates because they do a lot of it (even if they are prone to a few shortcuts as noted above). Aside from the issues mentioned, we're satisfied and the house looks amazing, but just want to let people know that to get the best value, be around to survey and check on the work as it goes, which is always best practice when hiring people to work on your home.

Had them paint 3 bedrooms and tear down wallpaper. Worst patchwork I ever seen in my life. The one worker gave me an attitude because I called him out on putting only one coat of paint on the wall. (You could still see white primer underneath), then proceeded to lie to his boss and said I told the customer I wasn't done in that room. also, they painted over my brand new closet lights. Included in my quote was to paint the ceilings in living room and family room and dining room and I told them to forget about it, I didn't want more of my property to get ruined im not super picky but, I mean I'm paying thousands I expect it to be done right. AVOID at all costs

We had Braendel paint the exterior of our aluminum sided home. The job turned out amazing!! The workers were here on time each day, very professional and cleaned up after each days work. They were very responsive to the many questions I asked of them also. They also painted our concrete steps and vinyl shutters which turned out fantastic. When prepping and painting our home, they paid attention to all the details of our Dutch colonial. We highly recommend Braendel

BEWARE!!!!! I am 60 years old and have hired all forms of painters throughout my life. Braendel was THE WORST PAINTERS EVER. Not only was management horrible but painters on the job did not have the experience they claimed. Not to be dramatic but I know for a fact my brand new born puppy would have done better. Jeff is a total crack head who runs his mouth a mile a minute to try to talk his way out of poor craftsmanship, as if there is an acceptable excuse for not caring. Braendel painting is the equivalence of hiring a drug cartel to be your primary care physician. Please do not make the same mistake we did and find a reputable painter who can garauntee their work, or at least one that takes only 2 smoke breaks per day. Painted over wall plates, and I had to go back and remove the painters tape in multiple places, that's just pure laziness.

I received a call back the same day from Jeff to set up an appointment to give us a quote which he did while he was here. He said it would take 7 days to complete the interior of our home and they were done a 1/2 day early. Both Randy and I loved having Mike and Frank here to paint. They were so professional, worked so hard during the day and took pride in their work. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. They got us hooked on 91.7 FM and we are now fans as they are. We bought our home 18 years ago and I can honestly say that it has never looked better! We have a Tudor style home with cedar siding and stucco. They were very thorough. Our home was a few years over due for a new paint job and they made sure it received the extra care it needed. The people were so responsive from start to finish.
