I received a shipment to this location and was highly disappointed. The owner was rude and combative. Maybe another line of work would be better suited for them as clearly helping customers isn't appropriate. I'm still likely going to make a formal complaint with ups as this was a terrible experience. Including illegal and unnecessary request of myself. You sir, are a vindictive jerk and need to grow up.

Just an FYI - this is not a UPS store. I was speaking to the owner after trying to reach UPS's couriers, and the woman who owns this store had literally zero information about UPS. She did not how to contact them, nor how to make a complaint of a driver who was going 80km/hr in a residential area almost hitting a pedestrian. If you are not affiliated with UPS in anyway, you should not be called "The UPS Store" ????

Amazing place in Canada

Visit the store to ship an item. I was greeted and assist with completing all documents to get package ship. Excellent customers service and they go above and beyond to assist.

Made no attempt to deliver package. Just left a note without ringing doorbell (doorbell goes to my phone, and so I know this for certain from my phone records). This is not the first time. Attempted to charge me additional fees for second delivery attempt. The people at FedEx and Purolator are much better options.

Due to covid. Selected no signature required. Item was registered as delivered at "xx" time on Friday evening at which three people were home. Package was not deceived to my house as i can verify by security camera. Nor was the doorbell rung. Now Monday morning I have little chance of any resolution. Package was either dropped to wrong address or not delivered. Seems fishy. Update: thanks for the reply. Yeah I have delat with your local store and found the service quite excellent so I will up the review

Ups gave my package to someone on the steeet!!! Didn’t deliver it to my house. I am so angry it’s 5 days before Christmas. When I called customer service they were so rude and no help at all. I don’t know why they didn’t deliver it to my house like they were supposed to and now my online order is stolen. Terrible service!! Would not recommend to ever ship with ups

I called the UPS store in my town to inquire about the status of my package. They told me it was at the UPS customer centre, which was at a different location in Mt. Pearl. I left my house at 3:40pm and arrived at the centre only to be told that my package was not there and was actually in transit. The driver attempted to drop it off at 3:45pm but I was already away from the house. Complete waste of my time. I was given incorrect info and missed my delivery. Poor service!!
