Looking for fittings, prx and copper, not a very good selection. Lots of empty bins where the fittings I was looking for should have been. Plus, this store should have an entrance to the mall, not very convenient.

Terrible service I was there my mask slipped a tiny bit under my nose I’m (14) By the way A employee with a beard and multiple tattoos walks up and tells me to put it up which Is normal I apologized and thought it’d be the end but he was watching me around the whole store I felt uncomfortable and didn’t buy anything and left and then he questioned me of shoplifting I can proudly say I’ve never stole a thing from a store and usually won’t be harassed and criticized for trying to buy something

I had an excellent experience at Smith's Home Hardware yesterday. Basically, as soon as I walked thought the door and started looking at a product, someone asked if I needed help. He helped me find a range of different products I was interested in and pick the right products for me over the course of the next 30 minutes. He also organized delivery and assembling the products for me, so it was all very efficient and hassel free. The service I was given turned what is normally a dreaded shopping expereince into a very positive shopping experience. I will never go back to any other hardware/building store. Great.

They will even recommend I not make a purchase if the product they stock is not what I need, and make recommendations as to where i may be able to source items. Excellent customer service. The moment I entered the store, I had an employee make remarks about my appearance and proceed to follow me around the store. I couldn't find the item I went in for, so I asked if I could have help, to which the employee scoffed and proceeded to watch me search. I called to complain and the person in office reinforced the harassment and told me I "fit the description of someone who might shoplift"...IM SORRY WHAT!? I have a tattoo and I was wearing a hoodie. Disgusting and discriminative behavior.

Went to customer service for assistance with a product. 3 girls stood up but instead of looking up item sent us to plumbing. Waited 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us with plenty of workers passing us on the floor without even being acknowledged. The person who finally spoke said he would be back and left us again. If this is customer service I am expecting way too much.

i find the staff helpful. I did purchase a vanity from there recently, and when I went to pick it up, I was told that it was sold and I would have to wait another week. At this point it would of been nice if they offered free delivery.
