I could not make this experience up. I went there in August following an accident. At that time I filled out the paperwork with my information. They told me they would order my parts and that upon their arrival in 4 to 6 weeks.
3 months later I had not received a call back. I called to ask for an update and they had no record of me ever having been there. After a search they called me back having found my form admitting that it had been misfiled. While annoyed I was willing to accept this(despite the lack of apology).
At this point they informed me they did have my parts and booked an appointment for me in 10 days time. A week later I received a follow up call informing me that my parts had not arrived yet and that they would like to rebook me. I informed them that I had been told otherwise. Upon further review they called me again to inform me they were incorrect and the parts, while they did not have them, were in town, and would have to be picked up, so my appointment could go ahead.
When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, I was again informed my parts were not here and there was a search again for my parts. I informed them that I had been told they were in town but not picked up. At which point, they allowed me to leave the vehicle with them.
The work on the vehicle I have NO issues with. The rear bumper was fixed and looks great. But the fact that there were no less than THREE seperate issues in order to even have the appointment; and furthermore that I had to on more than one occasion, take the initiative to even have the appointment go ahead is frankly, in my opinion, ridiculous.
