After being told my car was not road worthy and I "could be killed" if I drove it (despite having driven it for two months after the minor collision without noticing any difference in performance) I left my car at collision clinic on Topsail Road. The initial repair time was meant to be 9 days, keep that in mind. I didn't receive my car back from them until 57 days later, and it STILL wasnt finished. Not once was I contacted by CC as to why the repair was taking so long, despite leaving contact numbers and my email address. After the first MONTH of waiting I called and asked what was taking so long and was told the car was "entirely repaired" except for an axel that needed replacing and that it was backordered but had since been shipped. Another MONTH passes and the rental car payment limit of my insurance has been reached and I am without a car at all. This is feeling like a suspiciously long nine days. I contacted CC again, told them that since they had my car so long, over a month, that my insurance would no longer cover a rental car and asked how much longer my car would be. I was brushed off and told they would get back to me, which they never did. I called again and was told the axel was in but now we were waiting on a bumper cover, the most commonly replaced part and yet they still didn't have it. Strange, as I was told it was "repaired" and the axel was the last part that was needed. When the bumper did show up some days later, I was notified that my car was ready for pick up. Upon picking it up TWO MONTHS LATER, I was informed at the desk that my car, which I had been told was "entirely repaired" minus the axel over a month ago, STILL wasnt completed and that my grill was yet to be replaced. Now I have to bring it BACK IN AGAIN to have the grill replaced whenever that shows up! 9 days turned in to 57, and still not completed. All of that aside, I also had tire damage and it was requested by my insurance that I bring the tire and rim in to CC to have them check it out and confirm that it would also have to be replaced. When it was dropped at CC, they didn't even want to examine it because, and I quote, "B'y, there's only a small dent in that axel" implying the tire didn't need to be examined. Funny, as before I was told I could have been killed if I continued to drive it and it was totally unsafe for the road! The only highlight to my CC experience was dealing with Krista, she's a gem, totally professional and not to blame for any of the BS that was the rest of my CC experience. I should also note that I was told that when my grill eventually does show up, if I need a rental car for the day of repairs, they will put me in one. Now, it sounded like they would pay for that rental car but who knows at this point! In short, Krista is cool but don't friggin' go to CC unless you're down with being without a car for over two months.

In the past month I have visited Collision Clinic on Topsail Road TWICE. Yes, just bad luck. Each visit, I left completely satisfied. The process was easy and efficient. I was able to drop off my car, pick up my rental on the stop and arrive at work on time. They were very fast in getting my vehicle back to me and the complimentary cleaning is great. Actual repair was excellent! Customer service was awful! There was zero communication about there being a delay and zero explanation as to why. Work was supposed to be 4-5 days and ended up being 10. Had to go in to the office in order to get an answer on what the delay was and when my vehicle would actually be ready. Would not recommend unless you don't care how long your vehicle will be in.

I'm so disappointed with this company service, as I took my vehicle for a rear bumper repair. After picking it up I find out that they break something else, as I spoke with them and confront them about this issue. They told me they accidentally broke it admitting to there fault yet, and instead of professionally fixing it they make a cheap fix by applying double-sided tape to glue each side. Never would I have expected this from a high rating company. Very disappointed. I would love to come back here and change my review of them, although sadly I don't think they care enough about their customers to that extent.

Terrible experience with this shop. They had my car for over a month. I was told it would be ready on December 10th. On the 8th I called to check on things and was told that all the part were in (first time) but it wouldn't be ready until the 13th. Then on the 13th I called again and was told that the last part had just shown up (not all in?) and it would be ready the 14th. Then in the 14th it became the 15th. Then on the 15th it was maybe today, but probably the 16th because the horn was not yet in (mind you two times the "parts just came in". So far, no vehicle and when I told the Manager that my rental car would no longer be covered by insurance after the 16th (something I'd told them several times) I was told that there wasn't anything they could do and no, they would not provide a loaner, or do anything to help defray the cost of the rental if I had to pay it myself because of their lack of honesty, professionalism or both. Whatever you do, stay away from these guys if you are expecting good customer service and hope to have your vehicle returned in a reasonable time. I haven't gotten it back yet, I just hope the workmanship is not as lax as the service.

Have to say the work completed was good. I have had two vehicles serviced there in the past year. What made me come back the second time was the detailing they did with the first vehicle. I felt like I was in a new car, the second time however wasn’t so good and I was a little disappointed. Like I said the body work was done well but the detailing wasn’t anything special and there were many parts of the interior that weren’t touched. It looked as if someone gave it a once over with a wipe and that was it. When I have a claim there’s no limit to the places I can bring my vehicle to but it’s the little things that makes you come back to a particular place.
