Some gemstones are genuine, but be careful, especially as a beginner. The malachite I purchased was not genuine.

shopping for someone else, could of used help navigating and finding a gift, but the only store clerk was loudly and obnoxiously chatting on the phone as if there was nobody in the store. After about 10 minutes I picked out some items and went to the cash, the clerk was still on the phone and checked me in without saying a word to me and kept talking on the phone. Not very often I have come across costumer service that bad. One crystal said $15 on tiny sign in front of it and the sticker on the bottom of the crystal said $20, she rang it in for $20 I didn't bother to say anything just took the crystals and left. I regret completing the purchase I was just pressed for time. I will never go there again

By far my favourite place to go when I visit St.John's! Kristen and Andrea are both such wonderful people and are very welcoming. I went here for a birth chart reading on my birthday a few weeks ago and they made my birthday so special :) Can't wait to visit here again!

I went for the first time this week and I have never had sweeter, kinder and more positive service in a store. The sales clerk was just a ball of positive and loving energy and the prices and selection was great. I'm excited to shop here again.

I’ve been here twice and the first time i was there it was a great experience but last time i went there i picked out crystals and incense and counted it all out to make sure i had enough to pay for it and it came to $12 without taxes and i did the taxes and it came to $13.80, but i was charged $15.30 i’m very disappointed.

My favourite store in the city! Andrea is such a kind and welcoming individual. I find myself going just to chat with her and take in the vibe of the store; it’s a very calming space. I would rate higher if it was possible. Whenever I have friends or family visiting, I always bring them down to Brassy Lassy.

If you happen to be in a bad mood or a negative headspace, nothing cures it like a trip to Brassy Lassy! If buying new crystals doesn't cheer you up, the girl who works here certainly will. I always leave in a good mood. They also have affordable pricing. I'm a baby witch and was able to get some starter essentials for under $20! Thanks again Brassy Lassy! <3

I do not usually post reviews unless they are good...but people should be aware! We were not impressed with the service or the sarcastic comments and remarks when we asked questions for help! Not Professional at all! We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience! We left and purchased my products at another shop that is not affiliated with this store! We will never go back to this shop!
