If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. TERRIBLE customer service, and the owner is unreasonably rude and unprofessional in dealing with customers. My car went in for a 3 day job on the driver side rear door. Picked up my vehicle, and found the driver side still damaged. They were closed so I called back the next day to speak to a manager. He very rudely told me that I was wrong and that the damage was fixed, on my passenger door... my quote and estimate was done for my DRIVER SIDE. The passenger side had no damage. They painted the wrong side entirely. He was super rude, telling me I'm wrong and that they did nothing wrong and that I'd have to go back in on another date to see what I was talking about, and then he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the person who did my quote and estimate and he admitted to the mistake he made. Car goes back in the shop for 3 more additional days. So a 3 day job, turned into 6 days, and I will never EVER recommend this place to anyone. On top of the mistake of painting the entirely wrong side of my car, I had to wait a month and a half from the day I got my quote to the actual appointment (the original appointment where they painted the wrong side of my vehicle). Stick to somewhere like Carstar on Topsail Road, amazing fast service and the staff is super friendly. And they probably won't paint the wrong side of your car :)

I had a bed panel replaced on my nearly new truck recently. I was very impressed by the quality of the work. Very tidy work and attention to detail -- thank you!

Just had work completed on my BMWX4 by Bodyworks!! I am so pleased, they brought my car back to new. They were professional and efficient, with great work. And the price was right to! I will be sure to use BodyWorks again if I am ever in the need for auto body repair. Awesome work-awesome company... thanks????

Had my truck in there to get undercoated through the dealership I bought my truck from when I picked up my truck they had stripped all my tint off my taillights and cracked them in the process and my blacked out dodge emblems had also been stripped off all the coating, over sprayed the undercoating all over the truck and didn't clean it, I decided to look over the whole truck and noticed they had also chipped my door next to the handle the owner offered to fix the paint on the door which I accepted at first as I drove away I wondered what else would be damaged if I ever had my truck in there again.....needless to say I won't be getting them to fix it and would NEVER recommend anyone bring so much as a 10 speed bicycle to this place to get the chain put back on. My friend’s car needed a fix. The person in charge helped us without charging us. He could have billed us as we wouldn’t know how easy the work was. He was extremely honest and definitely recommend this place.

In my opinion Bodyworks does sloppy work and treats customers very poorly! Background, Had a truck with 12K body damage in side on collision, took 3 months to have resolved. Issues Picked the truck up first time had a list of problems. Owner / operator argued it was not his problem, it’s was the parts manufacturer for not being clear what parts were needed Problem ! - Seam sealer missing on door panel - drools and runs in paint - Overspray - Bolts missing in fenders - Truck interior was dirty - Running board missing Got the truck back in week after repaint and door rebuild, did a road test, discovered tremendous road noise and brake rotors were trashed. Owner / operator was agitated and intimidating when these complaints were identified. Problems ! - None of the sound insulating foam was installed in the new door - Brake rotors had badly corroded from being stored exposed an wet Rebuilt the door for a third time, and charged me with a brake inspection because “there was nothing they could do to prevent corrosion” Prepared to sue Bodyworks for the damages, however the insurance company stepped in and got all reaming repairs were completed by the dealer. In my opinion Buyer Beware

I had my vehicle in here for estimate and repairs for front bumper damage. Staff was very helpful and courteous. They had three appraiser's so i didn't have to wait to get my vehicle looked at. They got my vehicle in for repairs after two weeks, which is great, seeing i had to wait for parts from Honda, which in Newfoundland can take a while. When i picked my vehicle up i couldn't even tell there was ever any damage. The repairs and color match where excellent. They even cleaned my vehicle which was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who need to get there vehicle repaired.

The gave me the best quote and supplied a loaner car. The repair was excellent and they even cleaned my car out. They went above and beyond what was required.

Brought truck in to get a new wheel and mud guard. Thought this would be an easy fix. Took months to get parts and get the truck in. When the truck was brought in. They took it for a day and managed to put on the wrong guard. Zero attention to detail. Had someone checked the other side and saw it did not match. Truck was also left dirty with boot scuffs on the door panels and floor

My visit to BodyWorks was amazing. The service here is super friendly and the work is of exceptional quality which goes to show the professionalism of this business. If you need auto body repair I can only suggest that you have to go and see Ron. You won’t be disappointed.

I have being dealing with Ron and his staff at Bodyworks for years for all my personal and fleet vehicle repairs. The staff is awesome to deal with and customer service is first rate. Repairs are always completed in a timely manner and the vehicles always come back looking like new both inside and out. This kind of service is greatly appreciated and hard to find these days. Great job to the Bodyworks Team. Keep up the great work!!!!! Ken

Great to deal with. They painted a rear seat cover for my sport bike. They matched the lime green color next to perfect. Their quote was the best in town. When I went to put the cover on the bike , it didn't fit properly. Two of their employees noticed me having trouble with this and spent about 20 mins making it fit right. Free of charge. Amazing service.

Amazing experience every time I've been to BodyWorks. The staff are so helpful and nice, the jobs have always been top notch and supporting a local company while getting 'a must' fixed is such a bonus. Will continue going to BodyWorks for autobody work!!

In Sept 2005 I was quoted a price to preform a color change on my vehicle. One of the issues was a crack in the front bumper cover. When I received the car back there was a small section of the crack left unrepaired so that was the first return trip. Later I notied that there were areas around the inner door panels where the original body colour was still visible. Fairly substantial areas in some cases. Second return trip. The following spring (2006) upon taking the car out of heated storage for the winter, I noticed paint peeling from the edges of the hood and inner fenders as well as areas where rust was already breaking through the new paint. Third return trip for the same paint job. Now, bear in mind, the car spent over six months stored in a heated garage the whole winter. Anyway, I got the car back only to find the paint full of swirl marks which didn't exist when the car was dropped off. It was as if they washed the car with a Scotch Brite pad or something. Body Works had no problem getting paid for their work, so why am I having so much trouble with their work? I guess I'll have to put the car in somewhere to be "detailed" or buffed or whatever to see if I can get rid of the swirl marks. At further cost and in convenience to me of course. If Body Works couldnt perform a quality job for the price they quoted then perhaps they should look at the criteria they use to give quotes. Or perhaps they should take a closer look at the competence of their staff. Either way, I wouldn't recommend Body Works to paint a kids soap box racer. MORAL OF THIS STORY.... It turned out that I had to take my car to Auto Magic in order to be buffed out. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. Not only was my car restored to a flawless shine but the owner kept it inside the shop overnight, out of the rain so that I could get the full value for my money. Rod Keogh, consummate professional at paint correction, detail work, windshield replacement and repair. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. I'm only sorry that I couldn't give a negative star rating. Anyone notice how the five star reviews have only one thumbs up but the negative reviews have more? I'd be willing to bet that a lot of the five star ratings with no reviews are their friends. A shoddy and shady operation with no respect for their customers. Either they think that their customers will be too stupid to catch them up or too timid to say anything. At the end of the day it's their word against ours and it's easier and cheaper to deal with it ourselves than to take it to small claims court. All we, as dissatisfied customers, can do is share our experiences at every opportunity so that people know who they're dealing with.

I had my Toyota repaired at bodywork's, after being told at the dealer due to pearl paint I would have to paint the full side of the car. So I brought it to bodywork's. Bodywork's matched my color perfect and saved me lots of money by only refinishing the damaged door and fender. Great experience

Hi, my name is Jennifer and I am a 19 year old college student. I purchased a 2011 civic coupe from the owner of BodyWorks. The bumper fell off due to rusted brackets that are not even from a 2011 civic and a poxy glue was used to keep the corners of the bumper from poking out. I did not cause this damage to my vehicle and I refuse to take the blame for damage that had already occurred before the time of purchase. At the time of the sale, I was made aware of damage to the back of the car which was repaired however, the owner failed to mention that there was also damage to the front bumper which was poorly repaired using rusty brackets from a 2009 civic and poxy glue. This is costing me, a student, approximately $1,400 to replace. A body shop owner sold me a car with body issues that he failed to mention and then tried to intimidate me when I confronted him about the issues even though I was purely professional and diplomatic. I was not asking for the bumper to be repaired for free. I just wanted him to admit that he, a body shop owner, sold me a car with body issues and have it repaired for a discount. I am here to WARN you to expect the same behavior from this establishment.

Sabrina Roberts

After many phone calls and a lot of back and forth, it was confirmed by a Body Works employee that our insurance would cover the repair of the passenger door and front bumper after damage from an accident. Total estimated at $2200. The two-day job took 5 days and they never repaired the bumper... but the bill still came to $2200!!! When we questioned it, they informed us that the employee we dealt with no longer works there. To top it all off, the passenger door does not open from the inside, so we have to bring it back to get the brand new door repaired. Not impressed!

Coming from a 5 car family , between myself, my Wife and my 3 daughters we have had more than our fair share of knicks , dents and a few substantail damages. Ron Bavis and his team have always exceeded our expectations . There is nowhere else we would go for our work.

Norm Hatch

The worst for sure ...would never go back...first time they fixed my vehicle it was just a mess very amateur work...had to go back a second time to get vehicle fixed plus a two hour drive to get there .

Constance Sinnott

We had our car in to the shop for some work to be done, we dealt with Ron Bavis, we were really pleased with the work and when they finished they cleaned our car inside and outside, we highly recommend them
