Sergio painted the entire interior of our home several years ago and he did such an amazing job that we were confident that he would do the same with the exterior of our home and he did not disappoint. Sergio and his team just completed a fantastic job on the exterior of our home. They went above and beyond every step of the way, from taking their time doing meticulous preparation work, tons of wood and stucco repair, amazing painting and a thorough clean up job. He repaired things that we didn't think could be fixed and made everything look brand new. They cleaned up at the end of everyday and kept the job site looking great. Sergio communicated with us every step of the way and kept on schedule. We highly recommend Bear Island Painting to anyone looking for truly professional results!

This is without a doubt the best company we’ve ever hired to do anything. We watched Sergio and Ricardo paint our neighbor’s house and were so impressed with how meticulous they were and how beautiful the finished product was, that we hired them to paint the exterior of our house. Our experience with Bear Island was perfect from start to finish. Bid and scheduling were easy, they showed up and left at the same times every day, and they kept and left our property spotless each day. Likewise, communication was clear and frequent; we were on the same page throughout. Any question or request we had was met with “No problem.” And there never once was. They totally understood the mid-century modern aesthetic we were going for and flawlessly executed it. Moreover, they kindly offered so many invaluable suggestions regarding aesthetics/color combinations (in terms of contrasts, darkening vs. whitening roof pipes, etc.). Their attention to detail was amazing. They prepped, sanded, fixed, and painted so many little things that we would never have thought of. They know how to do everything, including seamless patching, fixing wood & stucco, and much, much more. They are affable and professional people who take pride in their craftsmanship and who clearly prioritize the satisfaction of their clients. This is the company to hire if you want everything to run smoothly and have the job done by expert painters who care about what they do. We’re so happy that we hired them—we can’t fathom anyone doing a better job than Bear Island did. We can’t believe how amazing our house looks!
