I made a call for a quote on Wednesday. I was told I would receive a call back. I didnt receive a call back. After 2 days (Friday) I called again for a quote. I was passed on to someone. I explained what I was looking for and was told "we are not painting filing cabinets at this time" with no apologies. I was caught off guard and paused for a moment and the gentlemen continued with "ok?" and then rush me off the phone. This is a very poor first impression for a potential customer. I'am not at all impressed with their customer service /sales approach. I can't rate them on the quality of their work as I wasnt even given a chance to obtain a quote!

I've worked with Eric for several years now on different projects, and I have recommended him to several of my friends and family for both residential and commercial work (he's particularly good when you need someone to paint/repaint a small or mid-sized office quickly and with the minimum lost productivity for your employees). I've also had the opportunity to see some of the really high-end work he does with architects - it's beautiful! Overall, a painting contractor you can trust, who has a large enough team to manage almost any job.
