The job was completed reasonably well after I pointed out where places was not painted evenly, and under color showing, they came back and quickly fixed it. Overall, fast and responsive service. The owner of the business was quite aggressive about the google review , literally grapped my phone and watched over me as I type my review. If he had better manners, i would have given them a better review.

Incomplete job done. We hired them for smoothing the popcorn ceiling of our condo. For this they removed the smoke detectors and ceiling lights. After the job was done, they did not bother putting it back. The lights were dangling from thie wires which is a potential safety hazard if they fall on the people living there and also a fire hazard with all open circuitry. And they asked to be paid more if we want the wires to be put back by an electrician. We had not signed up for this. When we give you a task we want everything to be put back they way you started. And you should have brought in the proper resources like electricians to give the customers a completed task. If we were told this before we gave them the work, we could have gone for another Contractor. We are still waiting to hear back from them after raising this complaint.

Our home was covered in vines on all sides. Prior to painting all the vines needed to be removed. This was done quickly and without damaging the stucco. Other than delays because of rain, Royal Homes was on the job until it was finished. The result was totally transforming and all of the neighbours who stopped by admired the job being done. We hired them to paint our kitchen and washroom cabinets and the result was AWESOME. Mike sent the quote really fast and was responding to all our questions guiding us through the process. Then, we decided to move forward, the payment was very easy with credit card using their platform. Once they came, Amir did an excellent job with the part of the painting that was in-home ensuring the coats were uniform. This was my first renovation, and I decided to roll the dice and do everything with this company - outcome wonderful. Process - a little stressful. There were some bumps along the way, but the owner did his best to fix every challenge. The one thing that I could say could use improvement is regarding the sales. The sales man offered many thing, which were not all documented on the contract; and the contractor sticks to the contract. He also did not disclose that I would need to hire my own plumber and electrician. I assumed if they’re taking out the outlets, they’d put them back, as with the plumbing / if your putting in a new sink, you’ll look after the plumbing - not the case, and as a first time renovator this came as an unwelcome shock. However, despite some discrepancies the owner provided work that was verbally promised to me but not documented on the contract, and he fixed things that he was not obligated to, so he did show good faith. Sometimes communication with the owner was challenging, but in the end I was happy and he was grateful for the business. My entire house was painted beautifully, including ceilings and crown moulding. And the cabinetry final product was outstanding. Overall, yes I would recommend this company. My only advice is to make sure your salesman writes everything he promises down on the paper contract - it will save everyone headaches. Now that the project is done I am extremely happy. I have faith that if I need the company to attend to anything they will. Excellent workmanship!

I would strongly recommend Royal Home Painters Company to anyone looking for a professional job. They painted the entire interior of my home walls and baseboards and did an excellent job. They completed a 1900 sq ft interior in just 4 days . I now have a clean, sharp line between the walls and baseboards. Their color consultant was also invaluable and was a great help in choosing the right color. They were friendly and professional did extra touches when asked. They kept me updated via text much appreciated

We had our kitchen cabinetry painted. Initially things went very smoothly and the job was on track and completed in good time. However the installers did not put our cabinet doors on correctly and when we called to have them return to fix it we were pushed off time and time again by Sam. If using this place check their work carefully!!!

We are very sad to write this review as we hired them reading good reviews online. Sam and Mike seem great till the payment is made. We have been trying to reach them for weeks now with no answer back. Not even 6 months and the paint is coming off. We had some problems at the beginning but they came back to fix them. And then demanded the payment following up a few times during the weekend when we agreed on the payment date (Monday) and paid as per agreement. They are not cheap so one hopes for a good quality and professionalism. We would have to say avoid them as you get no service when money is paid and their 5 years warranty does not seem relevant. They call you back right away if you are a new client and will follow up to sell you the project but would not return your calls once you paid them. Extremely disappointed customer. UPDATE: Sam came to review and touch ups were done with the brush. We agreed to try it but if we need to spray the cabinets again, they agreed to do it. We were happy to see their willingness to help and that the warranty is valid.

Booking for painting was very quick, they give a quota and you send them a deposit and book a date and colors. It took 2 days to paint 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living rooms and closets and it looks like a new condo after painting. Ali did a great job!!

This job was the exterior painting af a large stucco home. The house was covered on almost all sides with vines which needed to be removed before painting could begin Royal Homes ensured that this was done carefully without damaging the stucco. Afterwards they were on thee job, except for rain delays until it was completed. The job was done with care and attention and the result was outstanding. All of the neighbours who dropped by to see it were astounded at the transformation and wanted to know who was doping the job. I would recommend Royal Homes Painters to anyone wanting an excellent job, on time and on budget. Well done indeed!

If you want an incomplete job, hire these guys. I hired them to repaint my kitchen cabinets and replace a cabinet with glass doors. They completed the cabinet work but left the glass door work when COVID happened back in March. Since then, I have followed up with the owner Sam many times over the past several months to have them complete the job. Initially, I could understand that it was difficult to find people to get the job complete because of COVID but now the economy is opening up and Sam always has an entirely new excuse for not being able to complete the work. To compound this, my relatives asked them for a quote to do some kitchen work and all of a sudden Sam and the company were very aggressively following up to try to get the new job and had all the capacity in the world. When it came to my incomplete job though, there aren't any workers or suppliers and neither did anyone bother following up with me. 1 out of 5 for poor customer service and lack of professionalism. UPDATE: Despite what is written in the reply, the glass door was always part of the contract and I still haven't heard back from Royal Home Painters. This is very unfortunate as I was quite happy with the paint job that has been done for the cabinets but without the glass door work, my kitchen has been incomplete for the past several months.

They did great, very organized company, I have booked the estimation Online on their website, and everything started from there without any issue. They estimator, Sam, came to my house, evaluated everything and gave me a very detailed quote. Their painters are very great, polite and professional. They cleaned up every night after finishing their job and in 10 days they have finished the whole kitchen cabinets painting and painting the house interior. Very effective, high quality. Im hiring them again for my mother's house next week. (They are not cheap, but I believe on "You get what you pay for")
