Rui and his crew came in to do the flooring, painting and cabinet painting. While they did do a good job overall, they did miss one piece that they did not paint in the cabinets. Ever since July I have been asking them to return and I am being ignored. Its now been almost 4 months and no response. I have attached screenshots to prove my claim. We hired Rui and his team to update our new house and were so impressed with their work, their professionalism, their attention to detail, and most importantly, their dependability and communication. We had them remove the popcorn ceiling, paint our entire home (3+1 bedroom & 3 bathrooms), replace carpet with laminate and vinyl plank, upgrade trim, and replace interior doors- they took our 80s home and updated it and made it beautiful. If you need someone who pays attention to details like I do, look no further, Rui and his crew are your best choice! I had my stairs entirely renovated from carpet and wood to wood and metal pickets and the result was beyond my expectations. I specifically asked Rui to not use baseboard on the side unlike other renovations I saw on internet and he was able to deliver without question. I was impressed by the way they took care of my house from start to finish and even sent a cleaning lady to clean everything when the job was finished. I would not hesitate to hire Rui again!

He was prompt when I asked for a quote, and was able to come by within a few days to show floor samples. Within a span of a week Rui and his team were in and working on the job. I had my carpets removed and replaced with laminate, a job that I always wanted to get done but never did. I am very happy that I waited it out and had Final Touch do the job. Rui and his team are very professional and can get the job done, very trustworthy as well. I found the company via social media and I can say that I will be a return customer. Money well spent!
