We tried painting our condo ourselves but didn’t do a good job. I reached out to Chad after, and he was great from the beginning. He was honest and gave really good recommendations. He was available on short notice, accommodating of our tight moving schedule and got everything done within a day. Him along with his associate not only corrected the mistakes we made but went beyond to make the place look good. It was such a vast improvement. I would definitely recommend him! Thanks again :)

Very professional, efficient and detail-oriented. Chad took care of all the details and personally inspected work being done in my unit. I corresponded frequently with him throughout the process as I was not able to be there in person and he gave me fantastic insight and guidance on colour shades and finish that would go best with the place. It was a complete 180 from a ‘big box’ contractor that we went with a few years back. I definitely recommend Condo Painters if you are in the GTA, and this is coming from a super picky customer who doesn’t typically leave reviews and is always sceptical when reading them online LOL.

Chad and his team are impeccable. I was lucky to have happened upon Chad when he was painting across the street from my house in the Kingsway. Subsequently, I had him over for a quote and he sent me a detailed quote of all components we discussed. We set a date and Chad and his team showed up promptly on said date. They got our job done (repair water damage, fix drywall, paint, and then, repaint all wood trim in the house that was already painted but in an unpleasant shade of white) on time and on budget and did a great job of prepping and cleaning up afterwards. Chad has a TON of integrity; he's really bright and tells you like it is. He's masterful at managing his team who happen to execute brilliantly. We will definitely use Chad again and highly recommend Chad. Even though his company name is Condo Painters Pro, he does lots of work on houses in nice neighbourhoods. Also, he's not afraid to use the best paint quality available...but of course he will review this with you during his quote. It's really hard to find people with Chad's integrity and talent. Chad and his team were effective, responded on time and very professional from the quote to the time they finished. I had a 2 bedroom condo painted by then and couldn’t be anymore happy. They were very careful not to make a mess, helped move my furniture out of the way and used drop sheets to protect the floor and furniture. These guys are professionals with what they do. Amazing CHAD and CHAD came through when I was desperate for a rush job!! They were booked solid but managed to fit my place in because of moving date I couldn’t change. Great with showing up on time and getting the job done perfectly. They were responsible and really talented! They were so easy going and responsible. Aside from being talented with my paint job, when I left two years later they came in and filled all of the holes I had left because of shelving! Again, complete pros! I will use them again !!
