Rob meet to discuss the project prior to commencing the work and was able to help us fix up our ceiling prior to painting it which was a huge help! His team were efficient and professional and completed the majority of the work in one day which meant that the tenant did not have to be out of the condo overnight. My painting experience over this past weekend with Wow1Day Painting was perhaps one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We were under a very strict timeline to re-paint our office over the weekend, and be open for business on Monday. It was Friday night, myself and my colleague had rolled up our sleeves to do as much prep as we could, moving the furniture out of the office etc. We were in way over our heads, and knew that we only ordered 1 painter from Rob to help us out the following day (we don’t know much about painting). What kind of person was going to show up the next day, we had no idea, if they were not fantastic we were going to be in trouble… our minds went to a disastrous place where our business wasn’t ready to open on Monday morning…. We didn’t sleep much that night. ***In walks Angel*** literally, her name was Angel. She kicked our butts for 12 hours straight. She was knowledgeable, professional (yet fun), direct yet respectful… saw what needed to be done, and we started moving. She got things done. She stayed until the job was complete, she made sure we were happy with the end product. She kept us moving with direction. She spoke fondly about working for Rob and her team there. We had fun listening to music and painting the office, it was one of the few projects I’ve taken on that went flawlessly. Our office now looks amazing, our staff and customers are blown away at the transformation. Rob was great with communication throughout the quoting process, and his staff was even better! Thanks to them we’re ready to grow our business!

Andrew and his team (Roz, Allen, and Ronald) were 100% professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. We originally requested on the walls of our house get painted, but after replacing all our baseboards and trim we need them to be caulked and painted as well. Andrew was super accommodating and fit us in. Wow 1 Day painting quotes were competitive, but when you factor in the fact that they use Benjamin Moore paint, they beat everyone else that we met with. The service from start to finish was seamless. We had to paint a few rooms in our home prior to listing it for sale and were on a bit of a time crunch. Rob went out of his way to arrange a consultation right away, came by again to ensure the best color match to existing paint colors throughout our home, and finished the job in a very timely manner. June 2018, our condo building hired the WOW 1 DAY PAINTING VICTORIA crew to paint our entire 1st floor and lobby. Rob, franchise owner, responded to our many questions, came to our building and provided a very, very detailed quote. Nothing was in question before his crew started the work. Rob made adjustments to the quote multiple times and was more than willing to do what was needed to make sure our building looked fantastic. Communication was clear and he was always quick to respond. His crew was very friendly, showed up on time, and worked very hard to complete the job. Our owners have expressed all positive feedback about the crew and the quality of the paint job. They were a great bunch of professionals to have in our building. We've already had owners hire WOW 1 DAY PAINTING VICTORIA for their own suites, which speaks volume to their business model. If there were 6 stars, I'd choose that!

This company does not allow you to contact local franchises directly. You have to deal with an anonymous call center. They have a limited service area that eliminates some areas that are closer to their office than areas they do serve. But you can't offer to pay them a travel fee because you can't talk to anyone that actually knows anything about the area.
