I know mistakes happen in the food industry, like making a sub wrong.. it happens! But when a disappointed customer calls to notify you about it, you don’t call the customer a liar and said you didn’t make a mistake! Elliot Lake subway has horrible service and the guy running it is very ignorant and rude person! Don’t recommend this store at all!

They put lots of hot peppers and hot sauce and I didn't even have to ask. The guy did, however, try to put the cheese on all wonky but I got him to fix it. Overall I love Subway.

They dont ever give you double meat when you ask, must be because they are trained to pretend to give you more but don't. I know because I buy subway sandwich in Vanderhoof, 4 days per week, and they actually DOUBLE the amount. So if you want double meat from this place, wait until the finish putting the original meat on, and then pretend like you forgot to ask, and THEN ask for double meat, but make sure you watch. For instance normal meat on a 6 inch sub, Italian BMT, is 4 rows of 2 peices of pepperoni, salami, ham. Double supposed to be 4 rows of 4 slices of pepperoni etc. That's not what they do! They give you 3 rows instead 4. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Thank you Subway, for being one of few fast food chains that offers Gluten Free Sandwiches. It's a Blessing to have when being GF is not a choice. I can't wait for you to have a Gluten Free Soup to offer with Sandwiches. Sandwich Artists are always so helpful and quick to tell me what meats to stay clear of for my allergies. All staff helped look into soup ingredients for me, although I thought it would be okay, they didn't feel it was safe so I honoured their recommendations. I always order what is recommended Gluten safe at each location. I've yet to visit a Subway where the Sandwich Artist was unfamiliar with Gluten friendly ingredients on hand! Most places make me feel bad for asking questions.

Typical Subway. Sometimes good. Sometimes not so good depending on who is serving you. I always find that I have that subway aftertaste in my mouth no matter what I eat there. Strange.

I asked if they had any fresh lettuce and all they said is no. Asked for a bowl of chili and they said they dont have any even though they had the sign up advertising chili. Almost every table in the establishment was dirty and there was literally no one there

To be honest and unbiased, Subway is not my first choice for a quick meal. I Don't even visit a Subway outside of Elliot Lake. As such, the Elliot Lake location is clean and well maintained. The owners are quite friendly and work alongside the employees. I am always impressed by the level of sanitation I witness here. It is a very busy location and loyal customers should speak volumes about an establishment. I am a big fan of open counter food preparation. This is a factor in my 4 star rating. As I stated, Subway is not my go to place for a meal and would have received 5 stars if it were.

Staff is too slow and neither listen. I don’t know how many times I’ve repeated my order. Worst of all when you get home the order is wrong which infuriates me more than repeating my order 30 times. It’s not my fault that some people just don’t get it so please stop making me pay for your stupidity!
