If you are thinking of coming here for any reason whatsoever DON'T!! I had been twice in the last week and never wore a mask or shield because I can't and today I was YELLED at by him and called a Leper!! My 17 1/2 year old feline is Very sick and I was there to say goodbye to her and dr belanger has left me in the lurch!! From one visit to the next it was as if he was Dr. HYDYE instead!! He was hysterical!! They never asked if I, or my Mother would put a face shield on he just came out YELLING!! Glad no one new will be subjected to his personality changes!! He was not going to give me her file without an appointment until I said I would phone the police! Completely Unprofessional!! I just remembered that during the last 2 visits NOT ONE of the Parents had masks or face coverings on!! I guess I was just lucky to be a victim of his Paranoia!

Receptionist is rude And they wouldn't sell revolution before I payed an extra 250$ to take cat in for extra needle /office visit first. I only needed 125$ revolution!! So denied flea meds unless I pay on top of that cost...

This is handsome Sam. Sam went to the doctor today to have mats removed and his vaccinations. They must've done something right because although he's BALD he is soooooooo happy and still talking to us ???? Thank you so much for taking care of our little boy ????????????

We are not regular clients but needed veterinary services while camping at the beginning of September. We knew our dog was full of cancer and had been doing very well for the past 8 months but unfortunately the time came to put him down while we were away. After calling the other clinic in town and being absolutely appalled by them, the wonderful and caring staff at Manitoba Road took excellent care of us. The receptionist took care of our other dog while the vet spoke with us and preformed the euthanasia. As someone who was a vet tech for the better part of decade it was very much appreciated to be treated the way I would have treated a client. It's never easy to put your pet down but they were wonderful. Highly recommend this clinic, the staff actually cares!!! As a side note the fees also seemed quite reasonable, not out to gouge you. Will 100% use this clinic again if we are in the area and in need!!
