We just had our weathered, dry, greyed wooden fence painted by Pro Co, right smack in the middle of good weather turning into freak thunderstorms and days with high winds. The painting crew was FANTASTIC! Their communication with us was top notch. They didn't rush through. They stopped when they needed to to keep their work quality high. Can't do much when the paint is blowing sideways out of a sprayer because of gusts! When they could work, they were quiet, focused, and they just powered through. The work was fantastic, and our fence looks great. On the admin side, Keiko was always in contact, always on the ball. Their professionalism and customer service is something that so many companies are lacking. I wold hire them again in a second! So pleasant to do business with.

These guys get a 5 star rating because they were amazing to deal with from start to finish. I had ProWorks Painting work on the cedar siding of my house beginning of September and I've got to say I was very pleased I chose them. Their pricing was very competitive compared to others in the area. The crew was great to deal with, always had a smile on their faces, even thou it was a hot couple days. We had hired Pro Works to do our fence painting from the recommendation of our fence builder when we were getting landscaping done. We were very happy with the crew's professionalism and punctuality but more than anything, we were thrilled at how accountable they were. Specifically, once our fence's first coat was completed, Keiko mentioned how unsatisfied she was with the look without being prompted/asked and rectified it by completely stripping and then, repainting the entire side. You just do not easily find that sort of ownership of work and attention to quality -- it is very refreshing. Given how great this team was in doing the painting around the yard, we decided to bring them back to also handle some interior work we needed to get done and again, completely satisfied. I asked Keiko to come in and give me a quote of a very small job. Even though the job was smaller than they usually do, she accepted. She took the time to walk around with me and asked good questions and really inspected what needed to be done; not just skimming the area. I feel that she knew exactly what I wanted. She asked questions and gave input on things that I didn't even think about regarding the job. After getting this quote, I obtained another quote that was a lot more than hers. On the day of, she showed up early with Tyler. I ended up adding a lot more areas to paint in the building than originally quoted. They were more than happy to accommodate. Keiko and her staff at Pro Works Painting provided excellent, high quality work painting the deck and fences at my home. During the quoting process Keiko was able to provide helpful insight into choosing a paint product and also provided a detailed contract that clearly outlined the work they would perform, warranty offered, and the guaranteed final cost of painting the deck and fence at my home. Prior to the work commencing she came by to stain a section of the deck and fence so that I could be 100% confident of the color selection. Once work had commenced Keiko sent me a daily message to inform of what work would be completed as well as when the paint crew would be arriving and leaving the property. After the painting was completed they took the time to thoroughly clean the area even returned a couple days later to move the deck furniture and BBQ back into place once the paint had dried! I was absolutely delighted with Keiko's attention to detail and her customer service. I would give Pro Co Painting 6 stars if I could, they bailed us out of a big jam. We hired some 'painters' off of Facebook that did an absolutely terrible job painting a rental house of ours. We were under a tight timeline to get the vacant property listed and we needed help. We reached out to Keiko based on the recommendation of a friend. She was able to meet us almost immediately and help us out. She re-arranged another job to get a team working on our house and had the painting done within a few days. It was a basement suite that was under construction, and Keiko was under some tight deadlines that were mandated by us. They were extremely overpriced... Quote # 15729 provided on Nov 25/16 by a Ms. Campbell. This review serves as a reminder to all people, why it's ALWAYS important to get 3 competitive Quotes. They were very polite and very professional... But in my experience, they were too expensive... out of 4 quotes, they were the highest.... I had 3 other quotes around the $3k-$4k value... Proworks came in over $10k.... I'm sure they are very good at what they do, but let's be serious, money isn't cheap and I'm confident that you can get the same quality of workmanship with other licensed painters for a better price (in my opinion).... ALWAYS get 3 quotes... I was a little disappointed.
