Got the exterior of our house painted in 2017 and had excellent experience! All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Paint seems to be good but care must be taken not to bump anything into it or it scrapes off. Not sure if this can be touched up. But for the mostpart happy with the work.

The service wasn't the best. I had to call the painter back after doing a poor job, and then had to accept the finished job, as I didn't have time to bring him back a third time to correct the job. I dealt with a supervisor and not the owner, but we settled on a cheaper cost. *Hello Ronald, This actually was brought to your attention, as you and Rick apparently discussed the issue. I did finally agree to a settlement, because I didn't have anymore time to give your painter a 3rd chance. The house was not painted up to the standards I would expect from a professional painter. But I had no choice but to let it go. The house is sold now, so there is nothing you can do to further rectify the situation. Thank you for your response.

I hired Integrity Painting to paint the exterior of my home. I needed it done quickly before the winter came, and they delivered just that. Within a day they were painting my house. Their attention to detail and workmanship amazed me, and when the job was done they contacted me personally to ask if I was satisfied. Great company, I would highly recommend them.

Buyer beware. Seen some of their work. Often very sloppy, over priced for the actual work they do. Send in sub trades expecting them to do a $8000 for a $2500. Obviously clueless as to what they are doing to their customers. If you want customer care and quality go somewhere else

Exterior trim on our house was painted three years ago. We received different advice regarding the finish to use from the salesman and the job foreman. After two years the paint was peeling and now, three years later the work needs to be redone in several areas. Not satisfied at all with the overall quality of the work.

integrity paintings don’t stay behind their work. We had an issue with the ceiling tape coming loose. We got the whole ceiling repainted. Two months later the situation is worst than before. They blame it on the house shifting. They don’t guarantee their work.

We had Integrity paint the basement in our new home and the crew was incredible - showed up exactly on time, they were so friendly and I felt so comfortable having them in my home, and the painting was done to the highest quality, they even fixed some of the mistakes we had made when we tried to do some work ourselves. I even got recommendations from Ron regarding other painting we could do to make the space even better, which I had never considered -- he didn't miss anything! Only company I will hire.

Will not hire this place or recommend to others..the guys were pleasant but had no communication with me..smell was so strong we asked if they used oil based paint they told us oil paint is discontinued..so no.yet when owner came the next week he said they used it on ceiling.. workers went to lunch for an hour and left my front doors propped wide open while I was outside in back..also did not properly hide cracks on living room walls..owner gave no decent explanation why we still see big welts on walls, painters got stipple on hallway doors painted right over them..also poured watered down paint down my new toilet in my new bathroom had to scrape dried paint in my toilet bowl..they did great job filling cracks in hallway and nice paint job but owner should be checking on the jobs before paint is applied in case of problems.owner offered to sand my doors down again and repaint..should have given a discount since I have had to clean up AFTER their cleanup..still have to get stipple out of my new window screens.. ridiculous..I have relatives that were going to have them do their house but no more..for 5000.00 to paint a very small living room and non existent hallway is too much money! Especially with it still showing big lumps on walls..the only thing worth the money was the deep cracks they filled really well..not happy as we should be..

Did a great job, but had to remind them about deadline as they would otherwise not have had the job done in time. Reiterated with everyone involved at the start that we had a deadline - estimator, guy who visited after estimator, and person I paid deposit to. Deadline was on my receipt. Had I not checked in on the job they would not have finished on time. Also painters did not know both walls to upstairs had to be done. Again had I not checked in periodically it would not have been done. Seems to be some miscommunication between estimators, project managers and painters. But all problems were quickly solved, everyone returned my phone calls quickly and things went well. Seemed a bit rushed at the end, painted over 2 openings in wall (attic door and storage doors) and 2 plate covers (switch and wall plug) are missing. The stipple removal job was excellent, ceiling is smooth. Paint job overall was excellent except issues above. I would recommend this company.

The team at Integrity painted a friend's dining room and living room. The painters were professional and pleasant. They were prompt and efficient. The painters went over and above in ensuring everything was properly plastered, sanded, and painted. My friend was overjoyed with the result. Excellent job! I would definitely recommend:)

We are very happy with Integrity Painting. We had a large job to be done in a home with lots of angles, high ceilings and feature lighting insets. It also needed to be done within a very specific timeframe due to other Reno’s occurring before and after the work. The painter was professional, well organized and accommodating to some changes in the midst of the work. Most importantly, the quality of painting was excellent and we would recommend this company to our family and friends.

Just a note to congratulate you on a job well done. Michelle and Jesse were a pleasure to have around and they really did a great job on our master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and back hall. And Jesse did a great job fixing some heat register covers so they stayed on properly. They were willing to do some little extras which was much appreciated and they left the place clean and exactly as it should be. We will certainly recommend you to our friends if they need any painting done. And yes your price was reasonable and worth every penny.
