I bought a new 2019 Subaru that had the 3M protective film applied at Trimline. I went back to them to have a small piece installed on the rear bumper where the dog steps on way in and out of the hatch. Al and team installed this extra piece at N/C on a drop in basis. Customer service is a strength at Trimline Cranbrook
