Had a weather-related dint on my Tacoma repaired at Rocky Mountain Collision - they were excellent to deal with, very professional, very organized. Top notch service from Steven (Stephen?) at the front desk. The repair to my door is flawless (looks like a brand new door!) and it was completed faster than scheduled... plus, it was a nice surprise to see the interior so clean when I picked it up. Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Collision.

The inspection was great. They took photos of the entire truck and found dings and dingts that me or my husband would have. I did take a little longer then I thought it was going to but it wasn't to long.

First day i went it they offered to take it and give me a courtesy car took a bit of time due to covid and couldnt find a part in canada but they did it in a reasonable amount of time they were friendly and treated me well did a great job on repairs great experience would definitely recommend thanks guys

Ran over a deer on the highway, damaged front bumper and underside of my car. Rockey Mountain literly delt with everything, ICBC and all. Was provided with a nice car while mine was being fixed. Repairs were spotless and they cleaned the car top to bottom, inside and out. The last time it was this clean was when I bought it from the dealership. Service was wonderful to boot.

Thanks to Stephen and the crew at Rocky Mountain Collision for the great service on the repair of my Nissan car. I had a horrible dent on the rear passenger door that they fixed perfectly AND they cleaned and protected the inside of my vehicle! Also they did the work quickly. Thanks everyone!

Stopped by the shop to make an appointment for an estimate. Was able to have estimate performed immediately. Received estimate via email within 1 hour. Ordered parts that day. Parts were in next day. Car went in for repair next day. Was provided a courtesy vehicle and interior of car was cleaned upon return - what a nice surprise! Awesome service and highly recommended!!!

I brought in my brand new Nissan Rogue. Someone backed into me :(. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Once they replaced and painted the bumper they were not happy with the color as it was a bit off. They prepped it and repainted it perfectly. They did not want it leaving their shop until it was right. HIGHLY recommend getting your vehicle fixed by them.

Stay away save yourself the hassle and cash by going up the st to your next closest ICBC ACREDATED REPAIR FACILTY THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS THE ICBC RULES AND REGULATIONS I had the worst service and was drug around on a leash like a dog and given the run around by RMC I lost out big time i was told lies or assumption if u don't know the right answer your best off to find out before you assume and just answer poor poor service and they don't stand behind what they say which tells me the don't stand behind their work I was told the same answer from two employees front counter girl and the manager and both were wrong Which made me lose out big time Trust me not a good place I wouldn't even give them one rating star but it's mandatory RMC says bad things happen more like RMC does bad and wrong things and just doesn't give. A $@/&

Great service, got us into a courtesy car right away even before a decision was made on the truck...kept me informed the whole time really easy going staff it was completely stress free, they detailed the truck inside and out and had the truck serviced before giving it back to me. thanks again
