5 Stars is not enough for Gerard & his company. It should be 10/10! We were blown away with the attention to detail, going the 'extra mile' , professionalism & delivering a painting job that exceeded all our expectations. When Gerard committed he did everything in his power to meet those commitments. Sometimes things did not work out but he kept the communication lines open and explained the situation. Scheduled to have How We Roll come to our house and measure to have the main floor painted. They came and measured quickly and said we'd see the quote in the next few days. Those days came and went, no emailed quote. I sent a follow up message and asked when we'd see a quote and was told they'd send it to me tomorrow-great! Tomorrow came and went and still nothing. It's now been over a month and I still haven't heard squat from them. Really unimpressed. *EDIT* I do understand that all trades are busy especially with the past year and a half. My issue is with the complete lack of communication after I was told I would receive the quote the following day. It seemed really unprofessional to me when I was told one thing by the company and they didn't follow through. But apparently I'm "not understanding of how busy they are". Not a company I'd ever use now that I've seen how they operate.

Gerard and his team of profession painters did an amazing job painting our living room and kitchen. What a transformation. Gerard was very helpful in picking out colours and making suggestions.
