I wish there were a way to give 6 stars. Between ordering a full appliance package, a full bedroom package, and a beautiful and insanely comfortable sectional sofa, I couldn't ask for any better. We have dealt with Zack, the store manager, with all of our purchases and, coming from someone with many years in all sorts of sales environments, he is an A1, top-notch salesman. From his extensive knowledge of the products they sell to the genuine effort he puts forth to ensure you walk away with the product you want, it has been a pleasure to deal with him and this location. Like other reviews have noted, lead times on products have been subject to some change; however, that is the reality of what COVID and unfortunate weather-related events have done to the supply chain. Fortunately, like with the delay to our bedroom set, the staff at Ashley provided us with and set up a loaner bed frame for the couple weeks before the arrival of our new setup. We couldn't be more thankful and more happy to deal with and recommend this location again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had no problems with the showroom staff but delivery appears to be an issue. Paid for everything on March 1st and just called for an update and they are now anticipating a mid-May delivery. Pretty disappointing spending that much and then having to wait for 3 months (COVID strikes again). Plan accordingly and make sure you ask for the estimated delivery date before purchasing. Would have definitely shopped somewhere else if I knew we would be waiting 3 months, lesson learned I guess.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Bought an appliance, a specific one because we were assured it was in stock in the warehouse and we would have it in less than 2 weeks. 4 months later no appliance and tired of the run around trying to get updates, I got a refund and bought a fridge from a competitor and brought it home the same day. Shame on you Ashley for not having better trained staff in customer service. 2 thumbs down. I wouldn't give any stars but I had to to post this.

Friendly enough staff but beware of the inflated prices compared to any other Ashley Homestore. Definitely take the time to shop around. You will find this store to mark up their “sale prices”, 25-30% on average when compared to other Ashley stores. There are other BC based stores that will ship to your home and you will save yourself a ton of money or take the short trip to Lethbridge or Calgary and save some tax as well. Just trying to save you some money and avoid some Cranbrook price gouging. Although it is nice to shop local, there comes a breaking point where it would be crazy to sacrifice value at the expense of shopping local, this is a store well beyond that breaking point. It is hard to justify not getting quotes from other stores with these huge price differences on identical items.

We purchased a new couch from Ashley and we are very happy with it. Also a couple of very hard working, polite and professional movers managed to bring it into our house and set it up despite some big challenges with bringing in such a large item up a small but steep stairwell. Great service and products!

Great place. Had a table show up missing 2 legs and the manager made right for us having to drive over 200km to pick them up by compensating us our fuel. Will be shopping there again.

Bought a new fridge love it so pretty and efficient. Sadly it was delivered damaged and they wouldn't take it back they were fine delivering a brand new damaged fridge, I have a stove coming and will not let the delivery people leave this time till every inch of plastic is off because I would have refused the fridge in the state it was delivered if I saw the damage but there was plastic on it still as soon as they left I took or off and saw the scratch called them up and said it was out of their hands. Spent over $3000 and was offered a $20 return no replacement part for the damaged area just live with a new damaged fridge. I am not happy and wouldn't recommend them they are okay with delivering a damaged product.

We highly recommend Ashley Home Store in Cranbrook. They have great selection and are very helpful in a “no pressure” environment. When we had trouble with a sofa that wouldn’t fit in our condo they went out of their way to help us find a good solution. Their delivery people were great. Their prices are competitive but their dedication to customer service puts them head and shoulders ahead of any competition. We will shop there again and recommend them without reservation.

Cheapest quality ever! Ask about what your couches are made of - particle board. 4 years ago we spent over $1200 for a three seater couch. The frame is already broken (we don't have kids who could jump and damage a couch). When we opened the bottom of the couch up, it was primarily made of particle board. The staff do not equip the customer with enough information about the products they are interested in (i.e., springs in the couch cushions, particle board... ohhh wait they will inform you/ sell you stain guards, etc.). I will never be fooled again. The staff do not know enough about the products they are selling. Go somewhere else.

Terry is the best thing that has happened to Ashley, we walked in and were greeted like old friends and ended up ordering a much needed piece of furniture - an overall great experience as he had looked after us in years past, at another place!
