Joanna is the most sweet, caring, and amazing person you will ever meet! She has so many fun art ideas, and I promise you, if you go to an art camp with Joanna, you will have the time of your life! I was the first one to come to her camp, and I kept coming back, because I had so much fun, and we (all the kids that came, and Joanna) were all a family. I really hope you take classes/camps with Joanna, because you will have a great time, and learn something, too!

We enjoy watching our girls as they learn new techniques and are encouraged to try new ideas at home. Joanna's classes have been a catalyst in our daughters love of crafts, painting and sculpting. Art with Joanna was the most fabulous experience!s I am a Grade 2 Teacher and I brought my class for a full morning field trip. First off, the environment Joanna has created in her studio inspires creativity. It is fun, colorful, filled with handmade creations and many of my students said "I never want to leave this place!". Students felt safe, calm and inspired to take creative risks in her studio. Joanna is so fun to be around and engages with kids in meaningful ways. She meets them where they are at and in the short time she was with my class she knew them by name, supported their learning and left each student feeling encouraged and built up. She had a wide variety of activities that expanded each child's Art repritoire. They experienced Art out in nature, used their hands to create, asked "wonder" questions, learned new Art techniques and left with many creations they could continue using at home. This was one of my classes favourite field trips :) Joanna pours her heart and passion into everything she does and is an inspiration to be around. I would highly recommend Art with Joanna to any child or adult who is looking for an opportunity to be creative and have fun.
