Poor service and unknowledgeable staff. Asked for a wet palette, was given a dry palette. Bought superglue, and the lid wasn't even secured and it split all of my car seat. Sent a message days ago about the issue, and no response.

Great selection of painting supplies as well as equipment which was the reason for my visit to PJ's. However the prices of paints surprised me since I had recently browsed a popular online vender with much lower buying costs, yet I did not have the patience for shipping standards. I noticed after the cashier added up my total of neccessary paints and a few more items, as I was entering my pin, the cashier took a photo of the small +$20 artists' oil medium 'Poppyseed Oil' bottle I hesitated to buy. I said nothing because I was confused as to why a photo would be relevant to this purchase. Once I was home and organized my new items, I removed the cap off the mixing oil to see a puncture in the center of the seal. Final thoughts; over priced artist essentials and suspicion of tampered products.

PJ's has a great selection of DMC embroidery floss,no matter if you only buy l skein,or one tube of paint, the service is always friendly. And its a lovely drive from Campbell River (19a)
